Does the Gyro Bowl really work? One of the common problems parents have when it comes to taking care of their kids is the mess they have to clean whenever they feed their children. Toddlers love to play with their food, even more than they like to eat it, and many things you give them will wind up all over the floor, or tossed against the wall. When ordinary bowls hit the floor, the splatter makes a giant mess. Enter the Gyro Bowl.

Overview
The Gyro Bowl is an ordinary-looking plastic bowl attached to an outer layer or ring and attached again to another ring. It can rotate up to 360 degrees and the contents of the bowl will never spill. As the bowl spins, it will still be in an upright position so you do not have to worry about the contents. So, you can turn it in any way you want but you will never have any spills. Aside from food, you can also put whatever you want inside such as buttons and crafts, etc.

The Claim
If you use this amazing bowl, you will have fewer clean ups when you feed your children. Aside from that, they also promise a cleaner and safer home since everything that you put inside the bowl will never spill. You can leave your kids with their food without worrying that they might spill it accidentally – or intentionally. Furthermore, if you decide to put non-food contents in the bowl such as screws and nails, you are also left with no worries because you can store them without the danger of spilling them and your kids accidentally stepping on them.

The Hype
The hype of this product comes from those buyers who have given it a thumbs up for making feeding sessions with their kids easier and cleaner. Aside from the no-spill campaign, the makers of the bowl also say that it is indestructible. You can have you kids hold them and you are assured that they cannot break or destroy it. Aside from that, the bowl is also dishwasher safe. Thus, it can be gleaned that testimonials and word-of-mouth marketing have been all that’s needed to spread the benefits of using the Gyro Bowl.

The Cost
The cost of this non-spill bowl is $15 excluding the shipping fee which is an extra $10. However, the manufacturers of this bowl say that it will take three to four weeks before you receive the product. With that, you have to wait a while before you witness the effectiveness of this product. You can also order it from places like Amazon and it will ship right away, at a lower cost and is eligible for their free super saver shipping.

The Commitment
The campaign of the makers of the Gyro Bowl is to help you regain some control at meal time. If you use this product, you are assured that you can do other things while your child is eating. Aside from that, you can also bring this bowl while you are traveling and feeling just the same as when you are using it inside your home. This product will help parents feel a little comfortable when they are feeding their children in a public place.

Evaluation
The Gyro Bowl really works well and many users have attested to its effectiveness. If you want even more security, you can also order a cover for it on the Internet. Most of the reviews for this bowl reveal that the way it works is quite impressive.

On the other hand, there is other feedback that shows this product has its own share of limits and drawbacks. You cannot give the bowl to a very active child, as they will just play with it and the bowl will eventually break. What’s more, if you spin it very fast, there is also a chance that the contents will fly anywhere. So it really depends on the individual child how well the Gyro Bowl works.

The Gyro Ball gets the ultimate test:

Final Gyro Bowl Review

As a final review, this non-spill bowl may not be effective if you give it to a very active child. This means that the product has an age limit since children undergo a phase that they will be very active and will play with everything their hands can touch. On the other hand, if the situation is normal, the bowl will work effectively. But all in all, we can say that this bowl is a big help to parents.

Our Recommendation
If your child has mild spells of tossing their food around, you’ll probably get a lot of good use from this bowl. If they are always tossing anything that gets near them, you might be disappointed. Parents should still watch over their children from time to time to make sure they will not break the bowl and have a mess to clean up.

Caution must be exercised in everything that we do. Thus, with proper supervision and guidance, parents will have a worry-free life while enjoying the company of their kids and with the help of the Gyro Bowl. So don’t hesitate any longer, grab one today and take one problem off your hectic feeding time!

I got this bowl as a gift from my aunt when my daughter was a toddler. I first tried it out myself to see how well it worked. I put cereal in there and it does work without spilling when you turn it all around, even upside down. It didn’t work for intense shaking, but my daughter wasn’t an overly messy eater, so that wasn’t a problem. I tried putting water in it, and that worked less well, so I wouldn’t cpreccommend eating soup in it or cereal with milk. It also isn’t ideal for things that require eating with a spoon or fork, as the bottom isn’t stable.

The Gyro Bowl is awesome. I like playing with it. And I’m an adult. So consider the fact that you are basically giving your child a toy to play with and the food you want them to eat is inside. If I had any sort of gyroscopic toy when I was a kid, I’d probably be a physicist now. But I didn’t and I’m not a physicist. The Gyro Bowl will demonstrate physics to you and your child, especially when it gets thrown across the room and the food flies out of the bowl despite remaining upright. Practically, this really only works with very young children who can’t pick it up and throw it.
