Does Adonis Golden Ratio Really Work?

Rate this post

Adonis Golden Ratio is an eating and workout program that says it’s designed to give you the best possible body you can get. There is a lot of hype, a lot of reviews, and a lot of testimonials, but does it really work?

Overview
There are several different fitness and nutrition programs out there to choose from, and many of them offer some good advice and can be used to get into better shape. The trendy thing these days is to offer a system that promises a total body transformation.

The Claim
The claim of Adonis Golden Ratio is that it is based on your body type so you are doing very focused workouts and eating foods that are specifically good for you and how your body works.

The Hype
There is a lot of hype surrounding this product because it is a top seller. Keep in mind that just because something sells a lot doesn’t mean that it necessarily works, it just means that it’s presented and pitched well. This is especially true with weight loss and fitness programs that are able to play on the strong desire of both men and women to get into better shape both for health and to improve their appearance.

The Cost
It’s $47 for Adonis Golden Ratio, and they have an upgrade offer where you can pay $70 per month for additional resources. You can opt out of the upgrade at the time of the sale, so you’re not obligated to take it. They process their transactions through ClickBank, which means you’ll have a full 60 days to check it out and see if you like it – and better yet see if it’s working – before you decide to keep it or not. That’s one benefit of products like this one is that you don’t have to wait or pay for shipping so there’s very little at risk aside from your time.

Regarding the upgrade, it’s an immersion program that you get access to for free during the first month, but then are charged for after 30 days, so you could sample it and pay only $47 upfront. You’d simply cancel if you’re not getting enough value from the additional program. It has podcasts and other information that isn’t included in the basic program, but you still get everything you need to follow the system when you opt out of the upgrade.

Also, just as an FYI, there are three different upsells that you’ll have presented to you once you enter in the payment details. If you want to decline them you simply scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link that starts off by saying No Thanks.

The Commitment
They make it clear that you’re going to have to work for the body you want, and that the testimonials are all from guys that did what was required and outlined in the program. So many programs out there try to minimize how much you’ll be required to do in order to reach success. Here they are mostly after doing the right exercises and avoiding the wrong ones. If you are spending time doing the right exercises the right way, with good form, you’ll be spending your time more efficiently than just going to the gym and putzing around.

Evaluation
Adonis Golden Ratio has had a lot of people evaluate it, recommend it, and buy it. Once you’re in the members area there are videos that show you how to do the proper form for each of the exercises, and they give you downloadable PDFs that outline what exercises you should be doing on each day of the 12 week program. They figure out which body type you are by having you fill in your current weight, your height, and your waist size. They then put you into one of three categories, either focusing on muscle gain, fat loss, or a combination of both.

The before and after pictures that are shown in the testimonials from some of the guys that have completed the 12 weeks are nothing short of impressive. The problem with these kinds of pictures is that you never know exactly what the guys did to look like that. You also don’t know exactly how long it took them to get those results. The transformations are impressive enough no matter how long it took them or what supplements they used, but you shouldn’t let those kinds of pics be the basis of making your decision or not, as there are too many unknowns.

Final Adonis Golden Ratio Review

The Adonis Golden Ratio is getting our Solid Try rating, based on the principles it contains and the way it is geared towards each guy’s specific body type. There are too many cookie-cutter programs out there that recommend the same foods to every guy and oversimplify the process. By figuring out how your body works and then working with it rather than against it you should get faster results with less wasted effort.

There’s a way to get started with it for just $10 so you can evaluate it for a week and see how you like it before deciding to pay the remaining balance. This is basically the cheapest way to get started, and they say you’ll see results in that first week that will get you to want to stay on or get a refund.

Our Recommendation
This is definitely worth trying out, since you’re not risking anything to give it a look and decide if you want to follow it or not. But to really make up your mind you should try putting the advice they give into action. They say that it’s a 12 week program so why not try it out for 4-8 weeks and see how you look before deciding on keeping it or not. In all likelihood you’ll be in better shape than when you started, and you’ll have a better idea of which foods you should be favoring and which you should avoid.

What do you think? Does Adonis Golden Ratio work or not?

  • A customized program is always best, so this one definitely seems like it would be a great option for those who are struggling to lose weight, gain muscle, and get in shape quickly. I have found that 12-week workout programs are a great way to slowly get back on track if you have not worked out for a while. You will see the results you need to stay motivated, and because they build up slowly, you will not become discouraged early on. The key, though, is maintaining a healthy diet and workout routine even after the program is over.

  • The idea that everyone is different and that a fitness regime should be tailored to the individual is true. More and more this is the direction companies are heading in, and that is a good thing. It really makes a difference because there are so many variables when it comes to the human body.
    However...
Nothing, no amount of tailored dietary advice, no revolution in free-weights strength and conditioning knowledge is going to change the fact that getting in really good shape is HARD. I mean, like, REALLY, REALLY HARD. Believe me, I've done it.
Yes you need the knowledge, yes you need to know your body type and metabolic rate, but what you need more than any of this, is the will to always say no to spontaneous meal choices and lazy evenings and weekends. Getting in shape (especially building muscle) is very difficult, and no product or programme, no matter how good, is going to change that.

  • Again, I have a medical and wellness coaching background, and I am with any diet and exercise program that works at targeting the individual person. However, you lose me when you start talking visible results in a week. I have Marines in the family as well as firefighters and very fit men indeed that did not see visible results in a week. If you are, it is no more than water weight loss. So, in short, if you can get passed the results in a week hype and be prepared to pay full price, then go for it.
