Does the Almased Diet Really Work?

Does Almased work? The Almased synergy diet is a supplement that helps people who would like to watch their weight, as well as lose a few pounds. It uses a blend of three ingredients to get the job done, so we analyzed whether or not it’s working for the majority of those that try it.

Overview
If you are obese, then there are some health predicaments that might pop up if you don’t take action. First, you have a higher chance of contracting heart related diseases like high blood pressure and other coronary diseases. Second, your body is less inclined to exercise meaning you cannot handle a walk for more than 30 minutes, and if you do, you tend to overwork your heart and lungs. This can be catastrophic because it could lead to heart failure, a heart attack, or both. It’s paramount to turn things around and get all the positive benefits that come with a stabilized weight.

The Appeal
When it comes to weight problems, many people will go for easy weight loss programs that promise weight loss at the snap of a finger. Although some of these products are effective in one way or another, they cannot be compared with the Almased diet. The reason behind this is because most of these โ€œfast weight loss programsโ€ have major side effects for the user, which is not the case with using a diet supplement like this.

Evaluation
The manufacturers of Almased have done their homework on this formula. It contains a mixture of soy flour, yogurt, and honey, mixed in the right proportions to give you results. Here is a breakdown of how these three ingredients are essential and effective for anyone seeking a naturally healthy weight loss formula.

Soy flour: Soy flour has been proven to be very rich in proteins. Proteins are essential body building nutrients whose main work is to maintain body muscle and posture. The reason why this is a key ingredient in the Almased diet is to make sure the body doesn’t feel deprived of food materials for growth. The body needs very few proteins to sustain muscle growth and posture. Unlike glycogen, which is found in starch, proteins are never stored in the body like glycogen does. Once the body takes in enough protein, the excess amino acids are broken down by bile, and excreted as waste.

Excess starch on the other hand is converted to glycogen and fatty acids, which are then stored in the body as fat. This makes the body grow bigger and bigger with time. Due to these factors, this diet comes devoid of starch and glycogen, which makes it easier for the body to break down excess fats for energy, without you noticing it. This helps to get rid of excess weight, giving you a healthy physique in the long run.

Yogurt: Yogurt is a dairy product which is essential in the body for immunity and replenishing of the skin. Yogurt has been carefully factored in the development and manufacture of the Almased diet. Its main work is to ensure that, for the few days you will using this synergy supplement, your skin is rejuvenated and looks younger than your actual years. It also helps increase your bodyโ€™s immunity and defense system, which is essential to keep a healthy you throughout the program. Many people can live on a spoon of the Almased diet per day without having to feed on anything else, and still look healthy. This single ingredient is the backbone of your nutrition needs when under a weight loss program like this.

Honey: Honey is a major and important ingredient in the Almased diet formula. This is the main energy-giving supplement because honey is mainly made of higher concentrations of glycogen. The reason why the manufacturers of this supplement resolved to use honey is because it is an instant energy giver, and is not further broken down into starch. This means that the body can never synthesize honey and convert it to fat. As long as you take the supplement, you’ll be rejuvenated with energy.

What People Are Saying
Most people wonder how effective the Almased diet is on a personal level, like if they tried it themselves. The good news is that you don’t have to readjust your lifestyle to use this diet formula. All you need to do is buy it and then start taking it.

The good thing with this supplement is that you can substitute other foods while on it. You can depend on the diet for your daily needs, and never need or have to take any meal. The formula is highly effective for people seeking to lose large amounts of weight. It only takes you one week to notice you have lost a few pounds when using it.

Pros and Cons

Pros
Highly nutritious – Your body doesn’t show any signs of wearing out when you use it.
Effective- It only takes a few weeks to lose weight to the desired level.
Easy to take and handle – It is much easier to take this formula than other supplements.

Cons
Expensive: This somewhat expensive compared to competing products, at $4 per serving.
Does not have a great taste.

Final Almased Review

Based on the ingredients that make up the Almased diet, it is highly nutritious and comes with our recommendation. Even those suffering from diabetes can use this as their meal as it is a quality product, with plenty of positive peer feedback.

It looks really good. You hear a lot of good things about yogurt and honey when it comes to diet and those two ingredients happen to be the main ingredient for almased. The price does make think twice about it, but since I can replace a meal with it, it may not be too expensive after all. I’d give it a try for a couple of weeks and see if I can effectively replace a meal. If I can, it will work.

I am very happy with this product. When I want to lose a few pounds I replace all three meals a day with it and use it for three consecutive days, then eat healthy two healthy meals and one almased shake for the next four days and then start the process again.

It is very filling, stays with you and works great as a banana smoothie. I put about a cup and a half of ice, one banana, three heaping tablespoons of Almased and about 1 1/2 cups of unsweetened vanilla flavored almond milk in my blender and then pour it into a 24 ounce cup and drink it with a straw. It holds me for about 4-5 hours without getting hungry.

I love sweets but do not crave them when I am using Almased. I have also been able to stop taking Nexium since I’ve been using Almased.

Why don’t you use the recommended dose of 8 tablespoons? Do you get the same effect?

I have used now 3 cans of Almased and I am very satisfied with this product. To get the taste right I used 1 percent milk, sweetener 2 packs, and 1 scoop of cacao powder and a touch of cinnamon this is then placed on ice and a straw! It tastes great and fills me up to the max I am able to eat very small portions and not crave sugary foods and junk foods I feel that I have total control and that I am in control of what I eat and how much I eat, getting commits on how I am looking loosing and enjoying it; I only drink Almased once a day and that is more than enough for me. Great product.

I have been using Almased for 5 weeks with fantastic results. No hunger, no side effects except weight loss, great skin and best of all it makes me feel wonderful! Since I have begun taken Almased I find that the portions I want are very small and controllable. The cravings are gone and I am enjoying the taste. I mix it up with water and lemonaide made with stevia, refreshing and I look forward to the shakes.

Thanks to Almased my IBS is in remission, I am at a manageable weight and my skin glows! I highly recommend this product.

Hi! I have had Endometriosis since the age of 16. I’m now 51! I have a lot of bowel issues too, and you mentioned it helped with your IBS. May I ask how you incorporate this drink into your diet, what foods you ate and how did you feel during the 5 wks?

I have been using Almased for 3 weeks now and its the best diet I have ever done. I did only Almased shakes, v8 veggie juice , low sodium , twice a day for the first 14 days. I lost a whopping 14 pounds those two weeks. I stayed satisfied, not hungry at all. Feeling better, sleeping well. The taste is not great , but read up on it and add spices, flavorings, and you will be more apt to enjoy your Almased drink. I have a lot of weight to lose, so I will continue with the next phase till I reach my goal of healthy weight.

I’m curious as well. I need a jump start to my weight loss. I have about 45lbs to loose and I’m wondering how quickly I can do that on this diet. I was going to start with the emergency bikini diet but wondering how long I should do that one?

This is my second week using Almased, I lost 7 lbs the first week mixing just Almased and water together into a shake for breakfast and lunch. So far I am pleased with the results and hopefully this week I can lose another 7 lbs (I have about 60 lbs to go before being at my ideal weight).

How hard is it to do phase one with only drinking the shakes and no solids for 4-7 days? Do you get hungry at all during phase one?

I just tried Almased after seeing it in a magazine. I have been trying to lose weight for years. This is my first week and I lost 4.5 lbs. I did the three shakes for three days and then started eating a meal at lunch or dinner. I only want to lose thirty pounds and I hope this is the way to go. Will keep you posted.

Reply

tina Biffle September 12, 2016 at 1:04 pm

I use 1/2 a cup per meal. It goes with your height and weight though. If you are taller or have more weight you use more. If you are smaller and have less weight to loose you use less. I can get 4 days out of one can.

As I read the reviews, like with all the other weight loss products, seems as though no one is staying updated on their progress….. So I can’t help but to think it isn’t the miracle weight loss remedy either. I was hoping it was at least the next best thing since they boast about the wonderful ingredients. I know if I paid for the expensive product and it worked wonders, I would def be bragging about how wonderful it is and how wonderful I felt being able to loose the weight I needed to loose. So I guess we will keep searching !!!

Can’t answer for other users, but I can say almased is working for me. I’ve lost 50 lbs in 4 months by using twice a day. As to why people don’t follow up – maybe they come across site in searches and never go back as don’t remember which site!

I am 5″1″ and lost 8 pounds the first two weeks in April. That was the tough part because I stuck strictly to the three shakes a day, v8 or broth for snack. Then I went to two shakes a day, breakfast and lunch and a regular low carb dinner. No snacks or healthy snacks, v8, etc. I have lost 21 pounds going from 146 to 125. It is now almost October and I still do the shakes. I use water, truvia, olive oil and sometimes an almond, vanilla, or coconut extract. The shakes satisfy me and energize me. I truly believe my metabolism has improved. I sometimes will eat bacon and eggs for breakfast or splurge with dessert or an ice cream cone but it hasn’t changed my weight when I do.
I like not having to pack a lunch for work. I make two shakes in the morning, drink one and pack the other on ice. I am also someone who has dieted my whole life because I tend to be around 150 lbs if I don’t I stay away from carbs and sugar. Good luck. Don’t give up. This is the best stuff around despite the cost.

No doubt I will lose even more weight as long as i stick to the 3 shakes per day and absolutely no food.

Hello Fay, as a long user of ALMASED i wouldnt recomment to go longer of two weeks. What i did after the two weeks is to start eating very healthy lunch togwther with two ALMASED drinks for morning and evening, i did this for 3 weeks and then i got again to the 2 week only ALMASED and lost all my kgs. Hope that helps !

Although the taste is not that great, I cut a lot of weight & build a lot of muscle while having one shake a day. It also helps me stay on track as far as my water & food intake. You cannot eat spicy or high fat/greasy foods with even one shake a day. You will pay for it later-letting you know that itโ€™s working to rid your body of those things. I love the effects of Almased!

Hello everyone,
ALMASED does work and pretty well ! i am using it for 5 years now ! I lost 25kg with ALMASED in a very short period, 2 months but i was also walking a lot. For me the taste was not a problem at all, it makes you feel full and the skin is shiny because of its natural ingredients and vitamins. In general, i have low blood pressure and i cant stick to diet plans because i am always feeling so tires, but with ALMASED i have a lot of energy! Every time i want to lose weight (i love food) i start ALMASED ! It worths and i highly recommend it ! And no you dont lose water, you lose fat and you maintain muscles ! Best luck to all of you!

I have been able to stop taking Omeprazole for heartburn. For 10 years, I couldn’t go with out it for a day, but now no longer need it. It’s great! My husband and I both started the diet in January 2018, we did the full 14 days of only Almased 3 times a day and V-8 juice in between. My husband lost 31 pounds in 2 months and then he moved to phase 3 for 2 weeks and then no more Alamsed and is eating 3 meals a day and snacks. He is still not gaining, he is staying within 2 pounds of his lowest weight.

Today is May, 6 and I am still doing 2 shakes a day with a healthy lunch. I have lost 27 pounds and still have 14 more that I would like to lose. It is going very slow as far as the scales go, but I am seeing such a difference in my jeans, shorts I couldn’t eve get into for the last 2 years. Bras, blouses, bathing suits. Everything fits differently. My belly is flatter than it has been since having my 1st child 33 years ago. I am also doing a light work out to tone what is left after losing. I am in a hurry to get where I want to be so in 2 weeks, I am going to do the 14 day fast again and see how quickly I can shed the rest. Wish me luck and good luck to all of you who try this. It does work! The one thing no one mentions is Fiber. My doctor for another condition had me taking Miralax everyday, so I didn’t have problems going to the bathroom, but you need something to help you go poop.

I have been using Almased for two weeks, strictly 3 shakes per day and supplementing with vegetable broth. I am 5’10 and was 173 pounds, I have been fairly active over the years, was a regular exerciser, but a new job 3 years ago has caused some chaos that has upended my routines and cause a 20 pound weight gain, mainly because I am skipping breakfast and lunch and stuffing my face at night. My goal is to lose 20 pounds and get to 153 pounds and I have already lost 7 pounds in two weeks. I make my shake with 12 oz. of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 2 tbsp of olive oil, and a dash of cinnamon and it is actually delicious. Yes, it is expensive, but right now, I am not eating any other food, so it balances out. I find that this is the first “diet” product that I have ever used that really keeps me full and doesn’t cause headaches (from artificial sweeteners, caffeine, or other additives). And it is SO EASY. I make two shakes in the morning and drink one on the way to work and then one at lunch. I plan to switch to shake/shake/dinner in another week. I know it says you should do shake/lunch/shake, but not eating lunch was my big issue to begin with. I really hope this is a “reset” for my metabolism!
