  3. I have been able to stop taking Omeprazole for heartburn. For 10 years, I couldn’t go with out it for a day, but now no longer need it. It’s great! My husband and I both started the diet in January 2018, we did the full 14 days of only Almased 3 times a day and V-8 juice in between. My husband lost 31 pounds in 2 months and then he moved to phase 3 for 2 weeks and then no more Alamsed and is eating 3 meals a day and snacks. He is still not gaining, he is staying within 2 pounds of his lowest weight.

    Today is May, 6 and I am still doing 2 shakes a day with a healthy lunch. I have lost 27 pounds and still have 14 more that I would like to lose. It is going very slow as far as the scales go, but I am seeing such a difference in my jeans, shorts I couldn’t eve get into for the last 2 years. Bras, blouses, bathing suits. Everything fits differently. My belly is flatter than it has been since having my 1st child 33 years ago. I am also doing a light work out to tone what is left after losing.   4. Hello Fay, as a long user of ALMASED i wouldnt recomment to go longer of two weeks. What i did after the two weeks is to start eating very healthy lunch togwther with two ALMASED drinks for morning and evening, i did this for 3 weeks and then i got again to the 2 week only ALMASED and lost all my kgs.     ALMASED does work and pretty well ! i am using it for 5 years now ! I lost 25kg with ALMASED in a very short period, 2 months but i was also walking a lot. For me the taste was not a problem at all, it makes you feel full and the skin is shiny because of its natural ingredients and vitamins. In general, i have low blood pressure and i cant stick to diet plans because i am always feeling so tires, but with ALMASED i have a lot of energy! Every time i want to lose weight (i love food) i start ALMASED ! It worths and i highly recommend it ! And no you dont lose water, you lose fat and you maintain muscles ! Best luck to all of you!

  6. Although the taste is not that great, I cut a lot of weight & build a lot of muscle while having one shake a day. It also helps me stay on track as far as my water & food intake. You cannot eat spicy or high fat/greasy foods with even one shake a day. You will pay for it later-letting you know that it’s working to rid your body of those things. I love the effects of Almased!

  7. I am finishing my 2nd week and lost 8 IB ,but my question is,can I go 3 shakes for more than 2 weeks?Is it safe to do that?
