Does BSN NO Xplode Really Work?

5/5 - (1 vote)

You may have seen BSN NO Xplode in places like GNC or online at bodybuilding retail outlets, but is it something you should get involved with, or can you take a pass on it? It’s currently in version 2.0, so the thought is that they have worked out some kinks from the first version, and made this one even better. We took a closer look at it to find out whether it is something you want to add to your supplementation regimen.

Overview
BSN makes a series of products that all seem to be getting good reviews from users. So in an industry where there is so much competition it is interesting to see a company be able to come up with so many hits. NO Xplode is a pre-workout supplement that you would take in order to get the body ready for an intense weightlifting session. You’d likely want to follow it up with a post workout recovery drink.

The Claim
BSN NO Xplode is not without its fair share of claims. They say that it will help grow your muscles, help with your endurance, build up your strength and ability to last longer without being fatigued. They also claim that it will help keep you more mentally alert, and focused. They say that because of the nitric oxide in it your muscles will be more full, have bigger pumps, and also be more vascular.

They also say that this improves the delivery of oxygen to your muscles. It can also help you burn more fat, which happens naturally when you start building more muscle. They go on to say that it also helps promote the levels of electrolytes in your body which in turn helps out with your balance of fluids.

The Hype
These products are designed to have some hype behind them. They’ve got to get you to believe that you shouldn’t be working out without them. So everything from the packaging to the advertising is designed to make you think that this is the key that will unlock the body you really want. They’re usually shown next to an extremely ripped model with the idea being that you can get the same sort of muscles by using the product. Sure, it’s all subliminal and so common that we’re pretty much used to it, but it’s still there.

The Cost
BSN NO Xplode is less than a dollar a serving, so this is a way to enhance your workouts without breaking the bank. Of course, if you’ll probably want to use this in conjunction with other supplements that will help your muscles recover from so much abuse. You can usually keep your daily supplement costs to around four or five dollars a day.

The Commitment
If you’re going to take supplements like these you should already be committed to working out intensely on a regular basis. You may be thinking that once you buy this and start using it you will make it to the gym more often. But the better way to go about it is to establish the routine first, and then start experimenting with supplements so that you can see if it’s making a difference as opposed to not using them.

Evaluation
BSN NO Xplode gets good ratings from those that have tried it, as does many of the other products in the BSN lineup. In an industry where there are so many hits and misses, it’s nice when a company shows they’ve got their stuff together and have streamlined the process of putting together effective products. Re

ally it just comes down to being able to use these with enough consistency to see results. Dedicating yourself to pushing it hard out in the gym and feeding your body what it needs, not just in supplements, but also in whole foods, is important.

It’s always important to be careful and put safety first when you are taking a product that is designed to pump you up and get you to lift more. It is easy to get caught with more weight than you can handle, so don’t be macho and think that you can lift anything just because you took a pre-workout supplement. Having a workout buddy, or asking someone to spot for you is the best way to make sure you don’t hurt yourself.

Final BSN No Xplode Review

BSN NO Xplode is getting our Try recommendation. It’s hard to ignore the positive feedback from actual users, and all signs point to this being something that you can take before your lifting sessions in order to get more from yourself in the same amount of time. When you compare this to not taking any supplements, or taking basic supplements like protein shakes, the difference becomes clear. It’s not just a placebo effect when you can feel the changes happen in your body, and feel things getting turned on and ready to lift.

Our Recommendation
It’s interesting to think of the many different ways you can supplement your workouts. If all you’ve known is whey protein shakes before now, this could be a whole new realm of supplementation for you. The two key times to fuel your body would be before and after your workouts. By pumping up your muscles before you begin lifting, you’ll end up lifting heavier weights, and doing more reps. And by giving your muscles what they need to recover, you should see bigger size gains, and stronger leaner muscles than you would if you didn’t supplement at all.

What do you think? Does BSN No Xplode work or not?

  • I love this product. I cycle it. I definitely feel stronger when it's in my system. I lift more weights and my body feels tighter.

  • I could care less about the claims of growing muscle because that's my job and not some magic kakamimi drink. However, I do need something that will get me pumped up before a weight lifting session. I lift weight for at least two hours a day, 6 days a week, so it's a must that I'm feeling energized before working out. I trust BSN but we'll see if it lives up to the hype.
