Little appliances like these make such a big difference in our kitchen. My husband and I live in a small apartment in the city and there is simply no room for a large grill. This Cuisinart Griddler is the perfect size to cook the yummy foods without the mess or hassle of a grill. I really love how it has a grease catcher/drip tray because I can easily dispose of the greasy part and still enjoy a delicious piece of meat. Like the article mentions, you can also use it for vegetables which is just another plus! kind of price, but well worth it.
I got the Cuisinart Griddler for a Christmas gift last year and it has never left my countertop! It sits right beside my range and I use it almost daily for everything from making breakfast to dinner and sometimes even warming leftovers! I told my husband it was one of the best gifts I've ever gotten. Truly worth the investment. The plates are easy to clean(although I never put them in the dishwasher) and the unit itself is pretty to clean up as well. Even my 10year old can use it for making grilled sandwiches and such. MOST DEFINITELY A WORTHY BUY!
