Overview
Millions of Americans have trouble getting to sleep at night, and there are a ton of different natural remedies as well as prescription drugs available to help fix the problem. But with all of the horror stories of people overdosing on sleep meds, it seems like it’s a far better choice to go with something that doesn’t have a long list of adverse side effects, and is made from all natural ingredients.
The Claim
Dream Water says it is the combination of three different ingredients that work in unison to get you to relax, fall asleep, and then get better sleep once you’re asleep. All of these ingredients are all natural, and have been around for years with a track record of effectiveness. They say that it’s good to take before a long flight, and that they’ve designed them so they can go through airport security without a problem.
The Hype
The hype comes from this being delivered in a special water. Premium waters have been popular ever since Vitamin Water came out and said that it had special properties to it. We as humans seem to like the idea of water having extra abilities. You get to keep the natural and pristine nature of water, what’s healthier than that, and combine it with other things that can help you get to sleep. That sounds like a winner right from the start.kk
The Cost
Dream Water is $39 for a pack of 12, and has free shipping standard. Depending on how often you use it, this can either last you 12 days or a month or longer. You’re covered by a 30 day money back guarantee, which gives you ample time to try it out without stressing over spending your money on something that doesn’t work for you.
The Commitment
Evaluation
Dream Water is a pretty good idea if you need a nudge to get to sleep. It can be really frustrating to lie awake at night, especially the night before something important. The ironic part is that it’s usually that important something that is causing you to stay awake. Either you’re nervous or excited about what’s in store the following day, and your mind wanders from possibility to possibility. The unfortunate thing is that by losing sleep you are either less alert for something you wanted to experience, or able to cope less well with an unwanted situation. Either way, a good night’s sleep is vital.
Dream Water came up with a good idea by combining these different ingredients into an easy to drink beverage. If herbal teas and counting sheep aren’t doing it for you, and you’re against taking prescription drugs to fall asleep, this is an effective way to bring on the Zs. We’re giving it a Try rating, based on what people are saying about it, as well as the fact that you can return it for a refund if you’re not satisfied. The price point is a little high, but it’s worth it if it gets you the sleep you need.
Of course some people have said that it hasn’t worked for them, and that’s because some sleep disorders are chronic, and need to be treated by a professional. There could be underlying health problems. You should speak with your doctor if you are having trouble getting to sleep every single night, and you might want to check with them before starting with Dream Water, or any other sleep aid.
Our Recommendation
We recommend giving this a try to see if it does the trick. If it does, it would be a nice go-to on those nights when it’s really important that you get your rest. Like any sleep aid, you don’t want to become dependent on it, even if it is all natural. But having a pack handy is a good idea. You can even take one preemptively if you know you have a big day tomorrow and want to make sure you are ready for it.

Hi Helena,
Let me tell you that I never used to get a good and sound sleep till I had drank 4-5 vodka's or martinis :P , and have tried this dream water for two weeks now (without any mixture of medicine or alcohol) and honestly have had a good and sound sleep without any drowsiness or any other issues. Just trying to know if used regularly, can this have an side effect?
While I don't doubt that special "sleepy-time" herbs are in this (probably something like melatonin or valerian root), I'm skeptical as to whether this would actually work. It's not that these herbs don't have properties that make you sleepy, but unless your body is tuned to a specific diet and routine, I'm not sure the effects would be enough to feel, or even notice. I'm more thinking it might be power of suggestion (placebo-like)...expecting it to have a certain effect causing the body to react that way, you know? Then again, I'm a chronic insomniac with which almost nothing has worked. So, I guess if you're highly susceptible to subtle body changes, it might be worth a shot. I'd be interested in hearing from someone who's actually tried it first, though, especially at that cost. ha ha!
