Does the Fusion Juicer Really Work?

Rate this post

The Fusion Juicer says you can make fresh juice in seconds, and that it’s a way to get large amounts of nutrition into your body quickly. But at this price can you really get a reliable blender that works as shown?

Overview
The juicer market is fiercely competitive, and it seems like there are always new contenders hitting the scene saying they’ve built a better way to get juice from fruits and vegetables and into your system. One common problem is that you usually have to spend a lot in order to get a juicer that has consistently good reviews. Some blenders can be had for a reasonable price, but then you hear stories about how they fried after just a few uses, or they weren’t able to even get through a piece of fruit without overheating.

The Claim
The makers of the Fusion Juicer claim that their juicer is superior to the competition due to a few key features, such as its non-drip spout which makes it less messy, as well as the way it’s able to extract the juice from fruits and veggies more efficiently due to the technology involved. They say that it has an extra large feeder chute that’s round so it’s easier to insert foods into the top of it, allowing it to accommodate a larger range of food. They go on to point out that it is able to be disassembled and put into the dishwasher, that the motor is whisper-quiet but still powerful at 3,600 RPMs, and that they’re using a surgical grade stainless steels blade so you don’t have to worry about its sharpness.

They also say that by following their 6 week juicing program you’ll be able to lower your blood pressure, get a handle on your diabetes, have more energy, get cholesterol numbers under control, and feel healthier and happier. The program was developed by a “juice master”, Jason Vale, who also serves as the spokesperson for this juicer.

The Hype
There is a promo video for this that shows its different uses, how easy it is, and how well it works. It’s designed to show off all of its features in the best light of course, which can build up expectations for it to perform exactly like it does in the infomercial once you get it home. There is typically a bit of a gap between how well something performs on TV, and how it performs in the real world.

The Cost
The Fusion Juicer is $120, with two different payment options available. You can either pay the entire $120 all at once or they’ll break it up into 6 payments of $20 so you can pay for it over time. Either way you get free shipping included, which is nice since many times when a company offers to finance a product for you they will make you pay more for the convenience.

The Commitment
This should represent a reduction in the amount of time it takes you to make juice from fruits and vegetables. If you currently don’t have a juicer or are fed up with the performance of your juicer, this will likely solve some of the problems you’re experiencing. They appear to have good customer service, and videos that show you how to use your juicer, so you won’t get that lost feeling when it arrives, saving you time.

Evaluation
The Fusion Juicer is the kind of juice that creates a pretty good amount of pulp, and the latest trend in recent years are juicers that juice so finely that there isn’t any pulp to be thrown out. The PowerGrind Juicer is one of those. It takes fruits and vegetables and blends them up so much that you can drink the entire food without feeling like you are drinking pulp.

The feedback on the Fusion model is good, and we like what we’re seeing as far as user response goes. Most people have ranked this as a good value for your dollar, which is always a good sign. It’s also been shown to stand up to repeated use, so you’re not getting a disposable product here, but rather one that you can use for a while before having to worry about it fritzing out.

Final Fusion Juicer Review

The Fusion Juicer is getting our Solid Try rating, due to the positive user feedback it has earned, and the price point. This makes for a good purchase, but be sure to check out some of your

other options in this price tier because they may be able to offer similar features and additional users. Consider a Ninja blender, as this is right at the $100 price range, has the ability to make juice, and also gives you the additional benefits of a blender. There is also the NutriBullet which is a dedicated juicer and does not create pulp but rather blends things up so finely there is no resulting pulp.

Our Recommendation
When it comes to a fantastic juicer there really is no shortage of options when it comes to those that clock in at or around $!20. You really just have to decide whether or not you want to dedicate counter top space to just a juicer, or if you want a blender that can also juice. You also have to figure out if you want your juice to have pulp, or have no pulp, because it can be a little disheartening to see the bulk of a piece of fruit turn into pulp and only yield a small amount of juice.

What do you think? Does Fusion Juicer work or not?

  • My son bought the Fusion Juicer for me for Mother’s Day why I don’t know as I don’t drink juice, but I knew he must have paid a pretty penny as this juicer is huge. It takes a lot of space on your counter top. It is also heavy. You want to have it on your counter where you plan on using it. The Fusion Juicer will make juice out of anything. I was amazed. I did broccoli and celery and it went right through it. The best juice I made was with watermelon and fresh strawberries. It tasted great. It doesn’t make a big mess. There is a tray that you place under it to catch any splashes. If you are a juice drinker and enjoy creating your own juice, then this is an excellent juicer. It works great.
