You’ll need to take 3 pills per day in order to use this supplement. This is about the average as other joint supplements, with some having you taking 6 or more per day, and others just one or two.

Evaluation
Instaflex says that it beats out other joint supplements because it has more ingredients that are all linked to joint mobility and anti-inflammation. It would make sense that a supplement containing more active ingredients would be more effective. It’s a virtual arms race as companies try to one-up each other with the number of herbs and extracts that are supposed to do the job. They seem to be trying to get a lead on the pack by putting more than twice as much as the next leading brand. At the same time, if you can get results from just 3 ingredients, you don’t really need 5 or 6 more just to say you have them.

With claims like the ones they make there should be slanted feedback toward the positive, but what we’re seeing is a split between those that say it works for them, and those that say it didn’t do anything for them. so the only solution in that instance is to try it out and see what sort of luck you have with it. Perhaps that’s why they offer it on a trial basis, so you don’t have to put down a lot up front to try it out and see if you want to continue on with it.

Our Recommendation
Normally we don’t like trial offers because there are so many companies that abuse it, or set it up so that it’s easy to forget about it. Here they give you a 14 day supply and 18 days to evaluate it so you can make up your mind on the 14th day and you still won’t be billed for it. It’s a little confusing as to why there is such a big price discrepancy between their main website and a third party like Amazon, but maybe a rep from the company can clear that up in the comments below.
