Does Keyword Canine Really Work?

Rate this post

Keyword Canine is a keyword finder and analyzer, as well as niche finding tool that says it can unlock hidden keywords and save you time and money. With so many different keyword tools available it is sometimes hard to know which one to go with, so we’ll break it down for you and make it easier.

Overview
In the world of blogging and content creation, finding the right keywords is akin to measuring twice and cutting once in carpentry. The more time you spend getting the keywords right, the more return you’ll get for your efforts. Pick the right keywords and everything seems to go right, pick the wrong ones and you’ll struggle much more than you would otherwise.

The Claim
Keyword Canine claims that it can find untapped keywords that will let you go for the low hanging fruit that not everyone is going after. Decreased competition means an easier time of taking over a niche or a specific keyword phrase. They say they also put it to work to find new niches that not everyone is in yet, so you can establish yourself as the expert and be looked at as an authority on the matter.

The Hype
Like any product that an affiliate program, there will be hype built up around it from all of the affiliates offering their recommendation for it. This makes it incredibly hard to find out whether the software is really good, or if it just has a really good commission plan for its affiliates.

The Cost
The cost is $297 for one year of Keyword Canine if you want to pay for it all upfront. If you’d rather pay by the month it’s $47 a month, which means there’s savings to be had by going yearly. If you want to split the difference you can pay 6 months at a time for $197. You can get started for $7 and try it out for 3 days no matter which plan you go with.

When you compare this to other keyword software on the market, the first striking difference is that it’s not a one-off payment. There are other products that are a one-time payment, and then you get updates and upgrades for life. One of these is Micro Niche Finder

which has been around for several years now and offers many of the same features.

The Commitment
No matter how many bells and whistles a keyword tool has, you’ll still need to be the one that uses it, and interprets the data. It can lead you to a list of potentially good keywords, but you’ll have to use your own brain and insight to determine which ones are going to give you the most bang for your buck. At the same time you have to weigh this against your other options, one being not spending any money on a keyword tool and just going it alone.

Evaluation
Keyword Canine is in its second version, so it’s always nice to jump on board with a product that has been improved and upgraded. It’s also nice to see that they are taking the time and listening to what their users are wanting to incorporate new features into it, and get it to work faster and with fewer flaws. All signs are pointing to this being a legit keyword tool that can save you a lot of time and hassle over doing it yourself with just a search engine or a free keyword tool.

Ideally this software would make back its monthly cost plus a bunch of extra money for you so that you’d know it was a good deal, and it was easily worth keeping. But the fact of the matter is that it does take time to break into a niche, no matter how new and untapped it is. Then you have to make sure that that niche can be monetized. Then you have to wait for the traffic to come and start converting. By that time you may have already made several payments for Keyword Canine and so it becomes a matter of how long to keep with it.

Since you can use it as much as you want, you could go gangbusters on it for a solid month and reap as many keywords and niche ideas as possible, and then get to work on creating the sites and content around those words and ideas. Then months later after you’ve got income coming in from those various projects you can go back to the well and see what new words you can discover, or find more keywords for the previous niches that are now performing well for you.

Final Keyword Canine Review

Keyword Canine is getting our Try rating because it does work, but it will be up to you and your business model to decide whether it works enough to justify a monthly or ongoing expense.

Our Recommendation
We’re not sure about the $7 trial offer, as it’s only good for 3 days and it might not be enough time to determine if it’s worth $47 a month to stay on, or $297 a year to go long term. For a short duration like this it would be nice to see it offered for $1 or free with a few limits put in place. What’s nice about it is that the payments go through PayPal, so you’re always in control of your billing agreement and you can simply turn off the payment plan without having to ask anyone to remove you from it.

What do you think? Does Keyword Canine work or not?

  • I think Market Samurai is free, if not, it used to be free.
The biggest problem is that you can't really know if keywordCanine works because every person that recommends it is an affiliate getting money to recommend it, lol.
Some people go down the email marketing road, & bulk email to 10,000 or more targeted email addresses, I guess that's one way to not spend a lifetime worrying about keywords.
