The Dermatologist prescribed the 2% strength of the main ingredient in Nizoral. I've only used it twice so far. There is some decrease in itchiness which was my main complaint about my scalp. I hope by using it until the end of this month I'll be itch free or Dr will try another idea. I'm happy to know what the people giving reviews have to say.

Very good review that outlines all of the positives and negatives of this fantastic shampoo. It is one of my "go to" shampoos. I find it is very effective in controlling my seborrheic dermatitis.
I have really long, thick hair, and my head gets hot all the time and I work out and stuff and frankly, normal anti-dandruff shampoos like Head and Shoulders just don't cut it. I've used Nizoral for years after speaking to my mum, who put me on to it. Okay, so it's really expensive (interestingly it seems to be a similar price on the UK as in the US) and in the UK it costs around £15 per bottle which is around $22, so the amazon deal of 2 bottles for $30 is really good. If you have dandruff, you won't find a better cure.
