Does Painezium Really Work?

Rate this post

Painezium is a spray on pain reliever that you’re supposed to be able to just spray on different parts of your body for near instant relief. Sounds good, but can a product like this really work?

Overview
Pain is universal and we’ve all experienced it on our body at some point. Getting rid of it can be tricky because you have to decide what is the best means of attack. Are you going to take an aspirin or other pain relieving pill, or use a topical cream or ointment that is used right at the source of what is hurting? There are pluses and minuses to both, with some people preferring an internal solution, and others wishing to go with an external one.

The Claim
The major claim by the makers of Painezium is that you can spray it wherever you’re in pain and start to feel the relief right away. They say it can be used for such conditions as backaches, sprains, arthritis, and focusing on spots like the neck and back. They claim this should be used for instances of minor pain in both the muscles and joints, and can also b used directly on bruises, sprains, and strains.

The Hype
At this point you might be thinking that they can sell just about anything on TV, even a pain reliever like this one. Remember the ads for Head On, the ones that just kept replaying the phrase “apply directly to the forehead” again and again? That was also a pain reliever of sorts, and it’s no surprise that the pain relief market is stable and growing, with an aging US population and a growing market of consumers experiencing pain of all sorts.

The Cost
You end up getting two bottles of Painezium for $30 which includes shipping. Depending on how long these bottles last for you this is either a good price or not so much. If you are experiencing chronic pain

every day it may be better to consult with your doctor for a long term strategy, which may end up being less expensive for you in the long run. But if you’re planning on using this sporadically for the occasional pain, the price would be about right.

The Commitment
Since you only use this when you’re hurting, it’s easy enough to incorporate into your daily life. Compared to remembering to take a daily pill or some other method of pain relief, it’s pretty non-committal on your part. Just keep a bottle of it handy and spray it when and where you need to. This is a major selling feature for the product and is a big reason why people are interested in it.

Evaluation
The Painezium concept is a good one, and there have been spray-on pain relievers for several years now, mostly used in professional sports when players needed quick pain relief so they could stay in the game and keep playing. The way they say it works is by increasing the amount of blood that is drawn to the area where you’re feeling pain which relieves the pain naturally. They say the ingredients that work the magic are chondroitin, glucosamine, and magnesium.

Very little information is given about why these ingredients were chosen, what exactly they are doing, and in what sort of amounts they are used. There is also no scientific studies or research that is cited about clinical trials or anything else that would suggest this was tested before being released to the public. It seems that while they’ve done a lot to help promote this product, they may have skipped some important steps when trying to sell something that people are spraying onto their bodies. You’ll want to be able to show proof that you did some research before hoping people will try it on their skin.

Final Painezium Review

Painezium is getting our Risky Try rating, as there’s just not enough reason to try it

and very little is revealed about what you’re actually getting, what sort of approval process it went through, and any long term effects of using it. There are a few potentially better choices that we know of. The first is Xritis, a sprayable all natural pain reliever. The other is Penetrex, which is not a spray but a topical cream that you simply rub wherever you need it.

Our Recommendation
For pain relief of this nature you’ll want to go with more time-tested remedies that already exist, have stood the test of time, and have quality control systems in place. It’s nice to think that a product could use all natural ingredients and start to work instantly right where you need pain relief, but we couldn’t find much verifiable proof that this product works. It’s up to you whether you want to give it a try, but our recommendation is to look elsewhere.

What do you think? Does Painezium work or not?

  • This is going to depend on the kind of pain, obviously. Open wound? probably not gonna do much. Bumped your elbow? This will help. My dad has severe arthritis and has tries all manner of pain medications and has never found one that works, wether its a spray, an ointment or a tablet. However, I threw my back out recently. Typical lower back problem, but really painful. I used a gel that is basically a gel form of Ibuprofen, and that genuinely worked. So I imagine, that has similar properties. However, it advertises itself as a general pain relief system. I don't buy that at all.

  • I have not tried this product but I will take Rhonda's word for it as it just sounds to good to be true. No scientific studies or clinical trials to back it up either and I can't even find a website for them. There is also no information on the main ingredient - DHCL. What does it stand for? What is it? Nothing.

  • Don’t waste your money on Painezium. I suffer with constant pain and arthritis. I take a lot of medication and have been looking for something that I can use that doesn’t require popping a pill. Painezium claims that you can just spray it on where you are in pain and you feel instant relief. That was funny because I sprayed it on and I felt instant cold as the liquid was cold from sitting in the cold bathroom. I waited and waited, but thirty minutes later I resorted in taking my medication. Save your money as this product doesn’t work at all.
