Does the Rapid Fat Loss Diet Really Work?

Rate this post

The Rapid Fat Loss Diet, as the name implies, is designed to get you to lose fat quickly, so you can then focus on maintaining your new weight. Losing weight fast is something that lots of people strive for, but is it the best idea for your body, and your well-being?

Overview
The body doesn’t respond well to extremes, and going back and forth from one to the other can do a lot of damage. If you’re constantly flip flopping between eating everything that’s not nailed down to holding back and repressing your urge to eat, your body won’t know what the heck it’s supposed to do. You end up getting caught in a horrible limbo, and can’t stand on your head enough different ways to make both sides of your brain happy.

The Claim
Ryan Phillips claims that his Rapid Fat Loss Diet will lay out the 7 things you need to do in order to rapidly lose fat, even starting on the first day you implement it. He also breaks down which foods you can eat that taste great but actually flip the switch to fat burning instead of fat storing. He also claims that within 30 days you’ll be able to go down 2 sizes in your clothing.

He goes on to say that you’ll find out what the best way to start your day is with breakfast, and how to conquer your cravings so you don’t even feel like snacking any more. He also gets into exercising tips, giving you tips on what you can do to build up muscle so nutrients go to them instead of to your fat stores.

Perhaps most importantly he tells you what you shouldn’t do, so that you can stop doing the things that are sabotaging your success. He debunks myths like the idea of weighing yourself and tells you what you should really be keeping your eye on instead so you get a better idea of your progress and don’t get demotivated.

The Hype
If you’ve been shopping around for a weight loss program, you’ve no doubt recognized a pattern. They all offer the same sort of claims, saying you’ll achieve amazing results in a relatively short amount of time, and trying to shoot down other programs and methods as a way of showing that their system is superior.

The Cost
Rapid Fat Loss Diet is $20, and comes with a money back guarantee for a full 60 days so you can try it out for a very long time, and only decide to keep it if you think it provided enough value and earned it.

The Commitment

Even though the premise is that you’ll be losing fat and weight quickly, you’re still going to want to keep on with a healthy lifestyle long after you’ve lose the weight. The overall commitment should be for the long term, so that you can see lifestyle changes that will continue on and help you live the best life possible. If you end up using this as the catalyst, that’s fine, just be sure not to look for short term benefits only.

Evaluation
We’ve seen flashier pitch pages than the one for Rapid Fat Loss Diet, and the before and after pictures aren’t that startling. But maybe this is because they’re real results, and not Photoshopped or otherwise doctored. The main thing to remember here is that you’re trying to find a program that will help guide you to where you want to be, instead of going it on your own. Ryan Phillips does a good job of building the case for why he’s qualified to help get to a slimmer body.

In the end, you probably won’t be getting some amazing breakthrough, as the concept of having a cheat day and eating junk to actually help your body has been around for several years now. But that’s not exactly the point, and if you’re asking the question of does it work or not, we’d have to say that yes, if you follow the rules and guidelines laid out in this system, you will see fat loss. But you have to work at it, and put the time in to read and follow what is said. That is the gotcha that kills 99% of all would-be successes.

Final Rapid Fat Loss Diet Review

Rapid Fat Loss Diet has some interesting concepts, and helps shed the light on commonly held beliefs that end up getting people in trouble. If you’re stuck in the rut of trying to lose weight again and again, and always gaining it back each time you try, you might feel a little disheartened by the thought of yet another program trying to tell you how to live your life. But it’s important to keep your spirits up, and always be willing to give it another go, especially if the information you’re getting is

Our Recommendation
When you’re trying to lose weight, knowledge is power. It’s not a matter of finding that one program that solves the problem once and for all, it’s about studying, learning, applying what you’ve learned and measuring the results. With that in mind we advocate reading up on many different perspectives, especially if you can do so without risking your money. With the guarantee in place, if you don’t think you’ve learned enough to justify keeping this, simply request a refund and put the money towards more information.

  • I read on a health magazine that you can actually safely lose up to 5 pounds a week if you diet and exercise the right way, so I'm not too concerned about the health risk of losing weight fast. I'd very much like to lose all the extra weight as fast as possible and just go into learning how to maintain a healthy body. It has a 60 day money back guarantee, so I think I'll give it a try for a month and see if it works.
