Charging an iPad and a Anker iq charger at the same time, set the Spin Power into a hazardous condition. Heard a pop and sudden smell of burning electrical wire. Unplugged, cut the cord, in the trash it goes. Would not recommend to anyone ever
USB ports not working this equipment is junk just like all BH products.
After all the hype I decided to try this. I ordered it & it was delivered promptly. The USB ports work perfect. My problem with it is it's so darn hard to plug in anything else, like for instance a lamp or something that requires a regular type plug! You have to struggle like heck to engage the plug, as well as 'pull/struggle' like crazy to unplug it!!! It SHOULD NOT BE THAT RIDICULOUSLY DIFFICULT TO UNPLUG IT!!! And as far as that 'retractable' Cord is concerned, it is STUCK Inside. You have to have MUSCLES to retrieve it as well as pull it out & retract it. I would definitely NOT PURCHASE IT AGAIN!!! NEVER!!
I saw the TV commercial and bought 2 of these. First one had burning smell and quit working immediately. Second one lasted a week then nothing happens when switched on. 2items plugged in with both items. Worst piece of junk I ever purchased period. Learn from my mistake. This TV special BH stuff is all garbage. This item is no exception. Save your money. Dont get ripped off like I did. I will never purchase another BH item. Total worthless junk

Was getting online to order the buy one get one free with just paying extra shipping. So glad I read the reviews. Too many folks waiting but haven't received their product. I've found several similar products that actually charge more devices online that I can purchase locally at home depot, Walmart, or bed, bath, and beyond for $29.99. No shipping by buying local and will be able to return if it doesn't work. Plus it charges more things! Thanks for y'alls reviews. They stopped me from joining the rest of you waiting on your orders. Sorry it sounds like you've been screwed.
Ordered this product 4 times and still don’t have it. Called repeatedly but hung up on. Very ignorant agents and online robbery taking people’s money but not deliver the product. I will be contacting the BBB to file a complaint and be given the product I paid for.
Ordered this product 6 months ago and still don’t have it. Previous review rated 2 stars which was incorrect. I wouldn’t even given them 1 star!
I ordered the tower in January and 6 months later, still waiting. Called and re-ordered 4 times and 5th time, I was hung up on. No product and no refund. Not surprising for a US product! I will be contacting the BBB and reporting them for online theft. Shitty service at best!! Very ignorant agents.
the review has incorrect info. The power cord is 40 inches, not 7 feet. The cost is not $29.99 plus $6.95 fee. The fee is only if you add a second unit to the order. The single item is $29.99. It sells elsewhere online for $20 if you look around, and the current TV commercial says $20. The important things to review are the claim of simultaneously rapid charging 10 devices. For the power outlets it depends on the charger plugged into them, not the outlet itself. Also, do each of the USB outlets provide rapid charge or only if one device is plugged in to a USB pair? Many products provide 4.2 amps total per USB pair. You get 4.2 amps for a device (considered rapid charge) if only one device is plugged in, or 2.1 amps if two devices are plugged in simultaneously which is NOT rapid charging. All the revies I've read online miss this important point, which is THE important selling point of the product. If not all six USB ports provide simultaneous rapid charging then the advertising is not true and the product is no better than other cheap charging systems. If all six DO provide simultaneous rapid charging then buy it. As I mentioned, it's $20 if you look around.
