Does A/C Pro Really Work?

When the weather is hot and sticky outside and all of a sudden you have a road trip ahead of you and the A/C doesn’t work, what do you do? Well, you could head off to your local mechanic and pay for a top up of the refrigerant, or you could simply get yourself some A/C Pro.

A/C Pro is the do it yourself solution when the air conditioning refrigerant needs topping up in your vehicle. It is a simple recharge solution that comes in a can.

The Claim
The promoters of A/C Pro claim that this product is the simple solution to putting cold air back into your vehicle. They say it only takes ten minutes and it’s a simple do it yourself process.

The Hype
The hype for A/C Pro really revolves around how simple it is to use. It saves you time and money by not having to go to your car dealer or mechanic to get you’re Air Conditioning in your vehicle to a comfortable level again.

The Cost
It will depend on where you buy A/C Pro as to how much it will cost but it is usually around $34.49.

The Commitment
If you are familiar with your car then its not going to take

much of a commitment on your part to use A/C Pro. If you aren’t then you have to find where you’re A/C port is on your vehicle so you can connect the A/C Pro to it. No need to worry though because A/C pro gives you directions for finding the port as well as detailed instructions for how to use the product.

Evaluation
As you may expect A/C Pro is also available on Amazon.It appears to have been on the .com site a lot longer than on the .ca site. So most of the feedback about this product is through the .com. Here out of 515 reviews it has received a four star rating. It is promoted as being a universal product which means it can be used for most cars. However, the question section about this product indicates that it can be used for any vehicle that has the A/C system R134A.

Final A/C Pro Review

We are prepared to give the A/C Pro a thumbs up rating based on a few factors. The overall comments are pretty good. The price is reasonable, and it has the potential of saving you some money. Meaning you won’t need to go to car repair service company for something simple like topping up you’re A/C as you would be

paying for labor. It is important however that you follow the instructions very carefully. This may seem a little intimidating at first if you are not used to tinkering on cars, but you should be able to master it easily enough.

Following relatively simple instructions on a system that ran well be had a little leak some where..... I added only about 1/2 can of this KRAP.. In about 30 seconds the BRAND NEW compressor... that was cooling perfectly prior to adding this KRAP.... froze up... this poison destroyed my A/C system's compressor... WARNING this company does not stand by their product. They never respond to my complaints.... I call it a silent F... U....
So...install it at risking you will destroy your expensive compressor.
