However, when you really peel back the layers and see the full potential of what this unit can do you really start to get impressed. The unit has a built in computer that not only monitors your home environment but intuitively understands the area it monitors and then processes that information accordingly. So if anything changes in the normal household routine such as someone walking around when traditionally nobody would be home you get an alert. The Butterfleye then allows the user to remotely view the situation and determine if there is a need for a response from law enforcement or not. This means that there will be no false alarms from the unit as it is controlled by the user. It also means that the response time to an actual event may be extended as well. We think that the Butterfleye has many great uses and home security is just one of them. The fact that you can take the unit with you when you travel is a great feature that makes it worth the price almost by itself. The Butterfleye is great device for monitoring the goings on in your home when you cannot be there.

And the price point is much lower than a traditional hard wired alarm system when you factor in the monitoring fee that is charged monthly by most companies. We are prepared to give this product a thumbs up.
