It is that time of year again where it is time for some fall winter shopping. Perhaps you are looking for bargains, or maybe this is the time you are going to invest in some true authentic designer clothing and if so, should it be Gucci?

Gucci is a designer brand of attire that has been heard of by most. It is also a brand that most people wouldn’t mind owing at least one piece of attire or accessory from. The Gucci name goes all the way back to the 1920’s and started in Florence Italy, with the making of leather goods. Now with a 90 year history they are still going strong. Their brand includes all types of clothing plus accessories. There really is something for everyone, and if you are looking to buy something with the Gucci name on it then you will surely find something to your liking.

The Claim
Gucci claims to be intent on strengthening its core values. These all focus around quality items made in Italy which means the offering of exclusive and exquisite Italian craftsmanship. Gucci has its hand on the pulse of fashion and the unique ability to set itself above it’s competitors.

The Hype
There is no hype needed to sell any item with the Gucci name on it. With its 90 years of existence it can sit back and rely on its name to do the job for it.

The Cost
With so many items contained within the Gucci line you can expect a large range of prices.Now for example, if you had your heart set on creating the Gucci look as defined in the picture then you are looking at quite a substantial investment. The items are sold separately so if you couldn’t afford the

entire look then you could at least go after a piece of it. Just to give you a taste of cost, for this particular jacket you are looking at $2,900. Now before you lose your breath think about a few things here. This is a Gucci, it’s Italian made with the finest of wool and craftsmanship. If you are interested in the least expensive piece in this look then you would be wanting the lion head ring with a swarovski crystal that rings in at $410.

The Commitment
Unless money is no object then most likely you are going to want to seek out the Gucci sales. There are usually quite a few of these but be sure that you are purchasing from a reputable store and not one that is trying to give you a knock off. Most likely when there is a Gucci sale the price is still going to be quite substantial.

Evaluation
While it is common to think that a superior brand such as Gucci is only for the very rich, a lot of average income earners are now turning to buying more quality brand name clothing. clothing and items provided by this brand leave nothing to be desired. What you may want to consider doing is buying one item that you can use with many of the other pieces of clothing that you have invested in that are of decent quality.

Having something extra special amongst your attire that you can use more than once is really uplifting. Don’t totally rule out the possibility that you may not be able to afford something in the Gucci line until you have really looked around for some potential deals.
