My husband has a terrible time with snoring. We have tried the strips that go over the nose, the mouth pieces and the every night me waking him up telling him to turn over as his snoring is so loud. He hasn't ever been diagnosed with sleep apnea so I don't know if that is the cause of his snoring. I am willing to try the snoring solution for my husband. Not only for myself getting a good night sleep, but for him as well. I think this will be the last thing we try before heading to the doctor. I hope this works and will let you all know after a few weeks of trial.
