They do make it a point to explicitly state that the claims they are making are not scientifically proven, and based only on what people have said after using the pillow for awhile. In all of our research we have yet to find a company that outwardly states that their claims are based on user testimonials, and not scientific testing. What a breath of fresh air!
The Hype
This product is just on the verge of hitting the mainstream. It seems to be produced with a low budget, which can be refreshing compared to all those sleek as seen on TV infomercials and websites that are really good at separating your money from your wallet.

For the Standard and Queen version the cost is $80 and the King size is $90. If you want to order multiple pillows the shipping cost is always a flat $10.

It's been some time since my very poor experience with this product and company. The MyPillows were the lumpiest, most uncomfortable pillows I have ever used. Not a single claim they made was true in the products I received. Customer service was such a hassle that I eventually gave up on returning them for a refund and threw them away. Horrible in every way. They have other styles now but the one I tried would be what they call the "classic". I do not recommend the product. I hope no one ever has to deal with the terrible customer service which I experienced.
I have two of these now. I'm not in the habit of buying stuff from TV but after I received one of these as a gift I used it and it cured my Lumbago*!(I didn't have Lumbago but the commercial led me to believe that it would cure anything!) Jokes aside, it's a really good pillow. More than a year later it's still the same as when I got it. No head sinking, no folding etc. Try it.
I didn't buy it because I read the reviews and consumers are mostly dissatisfied. Probably it's good and people expect too much from a simple pillow, I don't know.
I am really glad that I bought My Pillow. I[It came from Wal Mart. The only question that I have is why does it get flat under my head during the night. It just gets very flat and doesn't seem firm. I don't want to give it up, just answer these questions. Thanks
These are the worst pillows ever! I usually buy cheaper pillows but wanted something better so decided to spend the money and get a My Pillow - What a waste of money! The cheap pillows any store better. All the reviews that love this pillow have to be fake.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
My girl friend received one for Christmas and didn’t like it, so it came to me. My experience for about three weeks has been very positive. I was constantly changing the shape and position, and turning, the down pillows I used to use. I almost never turn the Mypillow and don’t try to change its shape: it is firm but comfortable. I sometimes move it a bit when I change position but seldom think about it at all, a good sign, I think. I never get up more than once a night, and the Mypillow may well help me to sleep more soundly. But it's expensive, and I doubt whether I would ever have bought one.
What price do you put on a good night's sleep? I guess you've got to keep on trying new products until you find one that works!
A good memory foam pillow will outdo any product I've heard about. I've used a pillow from BedBoss for several years and get great results. No overheating and not need to reshape.
I looks like an ordinary pillow with nothing particularly special to bring to the table. If all it does is hold it shape while still requiring it to be flipped over to keep cool doesn't really set it apart too much from other pillows. William mentioned that they have poor customer service if you want a refund. So is it really worth it especially if it could potentially cause even more problems too? It looks like I'm better off with buckwheat pillow as LAJose described.
