So how well does this really work on actual people?

I would be very cautious about buying any products from this company The Richi Brown products where touted through a company John Richardson (Company owner) was involved with. The effectiveness of the products where in question. I would seriously question his integrity especially if you have to ask for a refund. Basically any alternate Boots or high street product would be as effective. I have refused to do business with this character.
