The system has dual airbags designed to help improve body position in the event of a slide. The system can be triggered from either the left or the right depending on the preference of the wearer, simply position the activation handle on whatever side you like. The argon driven system triggers the airbags instantly after depressing the pneumatic trigger and is incredibly reliable. The activation handle can also be adjusted to whatever height on the shoulder strap is comfortable to the user for added ergonomic control and the packaging the unit comes in doubles as a storage bag when the system is not in use.
If you plan to enjoy the outdoors in an area that has the potential for slides then this is a piece of kit that is absolutely essential. You would not dream of hitting the slopes without your poles or helmet and this is no different. It can and will literally save your life.
