One person says

“Finally a product out there that does what it actually says of the label. Since taking this I have I have been able to sleep throughout the night. I will probably buy this product again. And recommend it to friends.”

Another says

“I struggle with falling asleep and staying asleep. I’ve tried MANY other alternatives to help me sleep from melatonin, essential oils, gravol and nothing seemed to work. I have them high stars because they do work, No issues falling asleep or staying asleep when I was taking them. HOWEVER, like the package says do not use for an extended use, I myself didn’t pay any attention to the box because they worked and I was sleeping, until I started getting headaches that were lasting me weeks at a time, and general discomfort from my head and neck. I personally won’t be taking the product again but for those who need relief for a night or two, these definitely work”

Someone else says

“I have a lot of trouble sleeping most nights. I suffered from PTSD, restlessness and insomnia. Didn’t like the sleeping pills my doctor gave me as they made me exhausted and groggy the next day, and I became dependent on them. I saw a commercial for Sleep-Eze and thought I’d give it a try. They worked so well! I can now sleep peacefully and wake up energized and well rested! I highly recommend these!”

As with any product, you will always find mixed reviews. 2 out of 3 customers would recommend this product.

Recommendation

The best way to address sleeplessness and insomnia is to discover why you are experiencing these issues. There may be other methods of obtaining a good night’s sleep without the use of drugs. If you are experiencing ongoing issues with your sleep, speak to your family doctor, there may be a medical reason for this. If you experience the occasional sleepless night, there are more natural ways to help you sleep. Before turning to oral medications, we recommend you try a more natural approach. Some things that can help you sleep are:

  • Avoiding caffeine, chocolate and other stimulants a few hours before bedtime
  • Avoiding watching television, using computers, laptops and mobile devices prior to bedtime
  • Practice deep breathing exercises to relax your mind and body before going to sleep
  • Reading helps many people sleep
  • Melatonin is a natural hormone your body produces, taking an all-natural melatonin supplement can help with sleep
  • Spray your pillow with lavender or use lavender essential oils which is believed to help with sleep

Allowing yourself to become totally relaxed before turning in for the night can greatly help with sleep.

If all these methods do not help you sleep, speak to your family doctor about trying sleep aids like Sleep-eze.
