They say that the product will work for those that have thinning hair, and those that are balding, and especially guys that are showing signs of male pattern baldness.
The Hype
There isn’t a lot of hype behind this product other than the fact that it is promising to stop your hair loss. Any product that makes these sort of claims is going to get the attention of those looking for a way to stop the shedding process. Steering clear of all of this hype is something that falls on your shoulders. You should have the mentality of hopeful optimism, with a dash of healthy skepticism. This would mean that you hope it’s going to work, but you’re not going to get your hopes up so high that it becomes a crushing setback for you.
The Cost
Stimulair is the same price for both men and women at $35 per month, and they put you on a monthly recurring auto shipment and auto payment so that you receive a new bottle each month. It’s the classic Catch-22: if it works it’s a huge bargain, and if it doesn’t work it’s a waste of money.
The Commitment
This is a hair loss pill so there is not a ton of commitment on your end compared to foams and other liquids that you have to apply to your balding areas. It would probably be a good idea to take a before picture before starting this regimen because the mind can play tricks on you either one way or the other. You might think that you are getting great results, but it’s just the placebo effect. Or you might think you’re not getting good results, but checking your before and after pictures later you find that it actually is doing something.
Evaluation
The men’s formulation of Stimulair contains things like saw palmetto, biotin, pepsin, cysteine, methionine, and zinc. They give pretty accurate descriptions of each ingredient and explanations as to why they are included and what they are supposed to do for your hair. All of these are naturally based so you are not putting any harmful substances into your body the way you would with prescription medication. Most guys that try something like this out by looking for a way to avoid the chemicals that are included with pharmaceutical medicines.
The women’s formula has iodine added for hormonal reasons, and includes many of the same ingredients as the men’s version. Hair loss in women is often overlooked, or at least gets the back burner for most companies out there, so it is nice to see that they have created a separate product for women, and aren’t just saying that women can use the men’s version as well.
They draw the distinction that this product is made in the USA, with many competing products being made in China.

After 5 months my hair had gotten noticeably thicker and the hair was beautiful. It's too bad the product is no longer on the market. It had solved my problem.
About 8 or 9 years ago I used Stimulair for about 3 months straight.My hair was thinning badly (I had had such long, thick hair.) I didn't want the minoxidil or viviscal or anything that was chemical or that would take your hair out before it started growing hair. And, I'm a health buff. I put as little un-natural in my body as possible (with the exception of potato chips once a month and ice cream. I'm not perfect.) After using Stimulair for 2 months I noticed that not only was my hair not falling out as much but the strands were getting stronger (not as brittle, less breakage.) The 3rd month was a real demonstration that the product was working. I had growth in length and even some new growth where there had been some minimal balding. I stopped because (honestly) I lost my job and couldn't continue to afford the $35/monthly charge. I put the jar away so that when I got a new job I could pick it back up. Then I lost the jar and couldn't remember the name of the product. (They don't advertise!) Now, all these years later my daughter's hair is thinning. She asked me for a recommendation. I still couldn't find the product on the internet. (Still didn't remember the name. And, they don't advertise!) I thought maybe they had gone out of business. I was cleaning out some boxes and found the jar so I went on line and found Simulair. I read some comments in one of the reviews that if it's just a vitamin formula you can forget it. It won't work. I'm writing this review to let people know that everything doesn't work the same for everybody. I don't know how this will work for my daughter. But, I'm recommending it to her because it did work for me.
The product works! After 5 to 6 months I waa seeing and feeling a drastic difference. After 2 years may hair was not just much thicker it was nicer hair growing too
I used Stimulair for several years. It virtually stopped shedding. All of a sudden, Allied Natural stopped sending the product. I have been unable to get any response from their customer service email or phone number. They no longer offer it on their website. I am shedding again. Very disappointed that I cannot get any more Stimulair and that Allied Natural will not even respond to my inquiries.
I had a lot of hair loss, due to illness, stress, genetics didn't help either. I had visible bald spots in the crown area. My friend new i was getting depressed and crying alot so she did some research and said for me to try stimulair. I gave it a shot, i was desperate. It was the best thing i could have done. I took two pills a day for 2 years and my hair has grown back almost to a full head of hair, I still have some thin areas and i had to stop taking the pills due to medical reasons totally unrelated to stimulair. My hair did not fall out like before and I am excited about taking the pills again as soon as i am cleared by my doctor. I can't wait to see how much thicker my hair can become!
I tried the supplements for more than 2 years. Down the road my hair was thicker and looked much better. I would say that the supplements did help. I had to stop them when I had medical problems but unrelated to these supplements. I am now recovering from a major surgery. After being off of stimulaire vitamins for 6 months I am going back on. My hair is back to being very thin, fragile and dry. I have had a lot of stress. Medical and stress will do it. I believe that reaching a peaceful place with your life, career and personal will change your hair issues also. As long as you deal with long term stress the hair issues will remain. Of course there is stimulaire to help you through bad hair.
I lost a lot of hair due to stress and illness. When I use Stimulair, it grows in thicker and healthier. When I stop using, I start losing again. I frankly hate being dependent on supplements, but obviously, my body needs these particular ingredients, and yes, this is the most affordable way to get them.
