Like almost any fitness program on the market it works if you work it. If you have the discipline and will power to do this every day, you will definitely see results. Surely, you have 10 minutes to spare each day, so you really have no excuse in skipping these exercise

routines. In fact, if you have an extra 10 minutes, you can even do 2 sets in a day. 2 routines per day will give you improved results and it will not be harmful to your health in any way. You can even do 3 sets of 10-minute workout in a day if you want to, and you will achieve the maximum benefits of the system in a shorter time.

Our Recommendation
We are recommending the 10 Minute Trainer to anyone who’s serious about having a fit, healthy, and well-sculpted body. This program only makes use of a series of exercise routines and healthy diet plans, and it doesn’t involve the use of any drugs and supplementary medications. We only suggest that beginners should take on the exercises in this system slowly when just starting out, as some of the routines can be pretty intensive. Go at your own pace and make slow and steady progress.

  • I have been on this program for 2 weeks now and I can definitely see and feel a difference. I am toned and leaner than before. 2 more weeks to go! I started at 260 lbs and I am now weighing 255lbs. My goal is to get to 250lbs. The dvds pretty much cover it all. If you are willing to stick to the program you will see results guaranteed! No excuses. I do at least 2 dvds a day, 3 if I'm in a good mood. I was never a cardio person and now I know that my lack of cardio was holding me back. This REALLY WORKS, any negative reviews about this program let's me know that you did not follow the program the right way. I mean really who doesn't have 10 to 30 minutes a day??

  • I'm 18 and 236lbs , i think it might be my diet but i feel that I dont eat much junk because my diet is composed of fruits and vegetables. I workout everyday and i feel that I'm gaining weight. Would this program work for me?, Along side with the my usual workouts.

  • This is really a good program, you should also try the shakeology shakes. I personally LOVE sweets, but the Shakeology Shake (meal-replacement shakes) curve your appetite and stop you from you sugary cravings. I would recomend this to anyone that is willing to work and step outside of their comfort zone.

  • Dear D.I.R.W.
I am 12 years of age Im 4'10" and weigh around 110 lbs.
In my opinion I am a little chubby, and I want to lose 20lbs.
Do you think this is a safe workout for me to do with my parents?
If no, do you know any workouts that are safe for my age?

    Thanks, ♥ sisterunited#1

    • Ahmad,

Now I don't know your lifestyle, diet, etc... So please excuse me if I am wrong. But I think that developing healthy eating habits, and getting regular exercise would be a better place to start for you. Talk to a nutritionist, get a meal plan going, and take daily walks.

If you're looking for a support system, join an online community like Spark People, or join a full lifestyle change program like Weight Watchers

      Best,

      DiRW.

  • It's not just 10 minutes a day either, you're told to do 3 videos almost everyday. So it's like 30 minute work out.

  • I tried it for a month. I followed the regimen religiously. I didn't lose an inch.
Tony is too talkative. The tapes need more music and less yakking. It didn't work for me. Maybe I should try Power 90 or P90 to get results.
I did the measurements before and after and nothing changed. It's not worth your money.

    • If your looking for a good workout with lots of music, you'll love Turbo Jam. It's fun, yet rewarding. Add a healthy diet and you'll get good results.

  • I just ordered mine yesterday and I'm so excited to get started!
    I've done P90X (didn't complete it though).
I'm just excited to have something that I can do for 10 minutes each day! I know i can commit to that so I told myself if I bought it, I'd have to work out for 10 minutes each morning at least! Can't wait to try it!

  • If you're looking at getting this 10 minute system, watch the video review above (in article)... pretty much everything you need to know is covered in that.
I bought the DVD's and ripped them to my iPad so that i could take the system on the move with me.
I ended up doing it twice a day, once on my lunch in work and then before bed.
That's the joy of this system, the fact that it's 10 mins is great. i don't have time to get down to the gym, but i do still like to stay in shape.
A lot of it is common sense (as with all exercises really) but i think it's the fact that you have the people doing it with you (on TV/iPad of course) gives you that extra bit of motivation you need.
I would agree with the guy in the video review and say that a lot of people will benefit from using exercise bands with these exercises, or light weights. That would really get the burn going.

I'd recommend this system over most other DVD based systems mainly because of it's price. It's not a great deal of money for something that can give you results with such little time requirement. Unlike some systems that you have to dedicate your life to!

  • I think this is a lot of help for busy people who don´t have the time to drive to a gym and do an hour or two of workout, and definitely it has to work if the person is willing to do it every day and the right way, excercice always work and not only to loose weight but it sets a better mood and makes you healthier in general.
