The Ab Circle Pro is a mechanical machine that uses the motion of rotation and resistance to work and strengthen the stomach muscles. It is one of the highest rated pieces of home exercise equipment that is available, but are these ratings justified?
The Claim
Ab Circle Pro proclaims on their packaging that their product will deliver “real results” and the “abdominals that you have been dreaming off” and all “without the doing a single sit-up or crunch”. They also claim that they are “a fast and easy way to get washboard abs” and show reviews from some clearly highly trained, well-toned men and women.
If you have noticed that your stomach is not what it used to be thanks to age and self indulgence, then the Ab Circle Pro is a machine that can be set up in the front room and even used while watching the television. There are claims that users of the Ab Circle Pro have lost up to 30 lbs just from daily use and a healthy nutrition plan. Others claim that this product alone lowered their body fat to between 5% and 10% which is at body builder levels.
The Hype
The models that are shown on the company’s website using this product in promotional videos have perhaps not gained their muscular, slim physique from this product but rather from several years of persistence in the gym. However, the movements that the models are replicating by using this piece of equipment offer the impression that the Ab Circle Pro will give the abs a thorough workout.
It is impossible to tell whether the before and after pictures are from simply from using just this piece of equipment. Certainly this product will not increase the fat content with constant regular use.
The Cost
The price of the Ab Circle Pro is $99.95 which includes the cost of shipping. The package is delivered in a parcel containing the machine, an instruction manual, a nutritional guide and a 3-minute workout video detailing the different ways in which the product can be used. The company also offer the choice of a finance option to spread the cost.
The Commitment
The Ab Circle Pro abdominal machine is a winner in many ways as it can be seen as a lazy way of exercising. The product can be set-up in the front room in front of a television and the user can then watch their favorite shows while exercising rather than sitting. It therefore requires little commitment from the user and can be done at any time. This also offers the user the chance to become engrossed into a film or show and perhaps even forget that they are training. The product does not require huge measures to set it up as some home fitness equipment does. It simply unfolds and the training can start.
Evaluation
One of the biggest plusses to the Ab Circle Pro is that rotating motion provides an impact free way of working the abs. This is especially a big positive selling factor for the user that has previously done limited training and has weak abdominals. The movements are totally controlled by the user and so can be as fast or slow as desired.
As is with all exercising, the nutritional diet of the individual is extremely important and guidelines from medical experiments indicate that six-pack abs will begin to show with a body fat of less than 8%. It is possible to reach this target by eliminating all fat from your diet but can be reached much quicker by regular training.
In terms of price, this product is one of the most expensive abdominal trainers in the market but also offers the benefit of folding away flat for storage in a cupboard or under a bed.
The Ab Circle Pro does give the whole set of abdominal muscles a work out and by rotating increases the range of muscles that are worked. It will all of course count for nothing if a proper dietary plan is not adhered to.
Our Recommendation
For the money that this product costs it does a good job but remembering that this money is being spent on a product that targets a single area on the body you may wish to spend more wisely and on a product that has multiple uses.

My wife purchased the Ab-Circle pro last night and of course I put it 2gether as soon as I could, she purchased it for my belly of course but also my lower back is messed up so regular crunches put too much of a strain on it. Well ok I can do this it's not that hard,it's actually fun. Wait let's check out this dvd,seems simple enough I can do what she's doing right I'm a Man,no offense lady's I have 4 girls but when I tell you that I almost passed out lol, I almost made it to 30 but my knees started hurting at 26 minutes honest.And when I say I was sweating so much that it was craaaazy but it felt good and my lower back didnt hurt at all. So I don't know what it did yet because that was my 1st go round but I can tell you I sweat more with this than my weights in the garage probably because it's so easy and fun at the same time plus it's not bothering my lower back. #FACTUALITIES
I love it. I hate doing sit ups and crunches. I can feel my workout all over; abs, legs, arms, shoulders and in my back, yes my back fat is going away. I do the push ups and I added my own sort of horizontal squats, for my glutes.

I purchased the product on 02-08-17 . I incorporate my Ab Crunches workout in with the Ab Circle Pro . I am seeing results. I do an entire body workout daily so the Ab Circle helps target my Abs and thighs I never buy a product based on the people working out on the equipment . That's only to promote the product . I purchased my Ab Circle at Ross for under $40.00 . A great purchase for me. Losing 10 pounds in a week is not normal . Dedication and proper eating gets results .
i have used the machine and it helped me lose the belly,no pain while working out and even the product provided on the website have given you has helped me a lot for weight management .
I feel that it does work. I don't just feel it in my abs. I feel it in my arms and legs as well. I guess it depends on your posture. U have to make sure that you are positioned the right way. I never have a problem with the knee pads either. I love the ab circle. Some people are just lazy you have to put the work in and you will definitely see and feel a difference and it really makes you sweat

I do it for 10 minute 3times a day but,I don't feel that is working ,I don't feel pain like when you do sit up,it's that normal .?
I'm no expert but going through all of my physical therapy/training due to my disability and what I have learned is that as long as your diet is good it will eventually work. On the part that you don't feel the burn, I would suggest doing more reps until you do feel it and soon as the burn dies down increase more.
For the price, this is a nice piece of exercise equipment to own. If done correctly, you can "feel the burn" in no time! I haven't even watched the included DVD. I enjoy folding it out in front of the tv and playing around. I recommend adding a little more knee padding if you have sensitive knees, like myself.
It is very simple to put together. It took me less than 10 minutes. And it folds up small enough to sit behind the sofa or under the bed.
I bought the Ab Cricle Pro cause I wanted to have great abs, I do feel it work but it is only for your abs I also do my own diet and work out with other machines for the rest of my body, it works, and I think the price is right.
