It does work, but the massage needs to be applied from other person then you. If you try to do it yourself you won't be able to feel the sensation and the joy this simple tool offers.
In part it's true... you can't predict the movements of the other person so your body can't anticipate the feel... but if you give a break - simply don't use it for 'sometime' - then you use it again, -yes-, you can feel that joy again by yourself (or if you really get stressed and forgot this "piece of metal" - sometimes we are already stressed but we don't notice that because the body/mind are very entertained doing important daily things and stuff, you know... - this massager helps a lot to remember yourself when you are getting stressed before is too late.
