It is one of the most uncomfortable ab workouts I have ever tried because of the pressure placed on your elbows and triceps and the stress of keeping yourself suspended by using your arms. I tried it for a few months and then stopped using it because of the pain. For leg lefts like this I recommend any other device with parallel bars, like a dip machine for example, where you push down with your arms extended to keep yourself off the ground. It is a little harder on your wrists but much less pain overall than with ab straps.

I would have never believed this thing worked until I saw you actually workout using it :D I don't think I'm the only who saw those videos on youtube where people take some violent fall using one of these contraptions, but I guess it all depends on the product and how you use it. You have awesome abs and I want to achieve the same look. I know the best way to get some great abs exercise is by doing suspended abs reps, so I'm most definitely getting this thing installed.
