Broadly speaking according to the Company it is going to help boost the health of your prostate. While eliminating some of the annoying problems this part of the body can create. The focus is on:
It makes sense that if anyone is experiencing the problems that Prosvent is directed at fixing that they may want to know why it is happening in the first place. These are common symptoms but no matter what any symptoms that arise concerning the prostrate should be checked out by a health care provider before trying to find any solutions to them.
As the body ages so does the prostrate and this is the number one reason for the listed common symptoms. Aging causes the urethra to restrict. When it does it makes a man feel like he has to urinate quickly and more often. The tightening can restrict the flow of urine creating a weak stream and the inability for the bladder to fully empty itself.
Problems such as this with the prostrate can be life-altering and can lead to potential health problems. For example some men will start reducing the amount of liquid they drink. So that they don’t have to run to the bathroom so often. This means less fluid intake for the body which is not going to be beneficial, nor will it help to flush the bladder.
For some they are up so many times through the night that they are not getting their proper rest and this is affecting their work and home performance.
So aside from the inconvenience of the symptoms they should not be ignored.
If the claims being made by Prosvent are true then what is it about the product that makes it work?
The company has chosen to focus on extracts from natural ingredients that have a history for working on some of the symptoms. They have taken these ingredients and formulated them into a supplement form. The ingredients that they have focused on are herbal based:
Then added to these have been a combination of lycopene, vitamin D and Zinc.
Now knowing all of this one could lead one to believe that they could just consume foods with these ingredients. This would certainly help but it is unlikely that enough of the ingredients would be consumed on a regular basis to provide any value.
When you are buying a product like this for your health then you are putting a great deal of trust into that company.
Provent is a product under the company Thera Botanics. Although links to Prosvent take you to a landing page you can see that the product is backed up with a valid website that supports their credibility. Keeping in mind that just because a website says something doesn’t make it credible. But it is a starting point to do more research on the company that is providing something for your prostate health.
Now that you know why it should work you need confidence in knowing it will. Aside from just trying it you need to know what other users think.
Tip: When looking at reviews that have something to do with a product that is going to affect your body remember that everyone is unique so everyone will get different results.
Based on 205 reviews Prosvent has gotten a 3.6 out of 5 stars rating. With 51% giving it a five star.
The Positives:
In general all those that are giving favorable comments are saying that they have had various types of relief from the symptoms that the product is promoting as dealing with. The time in which results are experienced varies which stands to reason. But, on average it seems like about two weeks.
The Negatives:
The majority of negative reviews were simply it did not work or results were too minimal. One complained about the coloring being used in the capsules and didn’t see any need to have this additive.
Prosvent isn’t the only product on the market for prostate health. Trying to do a comparison of them all would be overwhelming. But it can be compared against another as an example. Such as:
For Havasu Nutrition Saw Palmetto you are paying $18.95 for 100 capsules
For Prosvent on Amazon you are going to be paying $67. For a one month supply
There are some notable differences here beside the price. Such as:
Saw Palmetto is focusing on this one main ingredient. Which is also good for other problems like hair loss.
Prosvent is supplementing their product with other ingredients recognized for helping with prostrate
Both appear to be decent products. It is just a matter of results vs. value and believing what you hear. Or if you even want to do a third comparison then take a look at Super Beta Prostate which we have talked about.
Why not tell us what has worked for you. Others would enjoy hearing what you have to say.

First off, if you eat a near perfect diet, mostly veg's, good oils, no sugar, honey or worse, no non-food substances, (even though they are approved by our very corrupt and bought off FDA), enough good protein, etc... You will have a healthy prostate. That being said, few of us, me included, can tolerate that type of diet. So most of us have to try "natural" remedies. There is no current Rx (prescription) that reduces the size of the prostate. There are some that lessen some of the symptoms associated with an enlarged prostate with many unhealthy side effects, but none that reduce the size and the actual problem. There are some medical procedures that may be available and help certain people, but these can range from uncomfortable , required daily (or more) procedures to quite painfull and invasive surgeries. So for most of us, with no other reasonable choice, we are stuck with trying natural remedies. While most of these work for some people, the majority of these don't work on a very high percentage of men. They have little or no effect at all on others. To be fair, you do have to give them time, you're trying to shrink something that took years to enlarge. Minimum 60 day trial. I have not been very successful so far. The best I've achieved so far is probably close to 10% improvement with 4 trials (different brands) and many single item supplements. You can't go by reviews, each body is different and has different requirements. Plan on trying many brands for at least 60 days per. 30 days inbetween trials. Out of all the ones you try, keep track of any differences in your symptoms. You may find 10% at not too expensive is the best you can justify and better than nothing. Prosvent will be my next trial. I don't have much hope, but seriously I have so little to lose at this point and no better alternative. If nothing better works in my trials, I may go back to Costco's brand for 10% improvement, I don't know. Good luck!
I was having to urinate way more than normal (about once every hour at times) throughout the day and in the morning was having a slow flow. I have been taking Finasteride for 6 months and it has been working great! Even when drinking 3 cups of coffee in the morning, I don't have to urinate like I did before taking finasteride.
One commentor attempted to describe foods good for reducing prostate size, but runny eggs are bad for prostate size issues further described in parenthesise as soft boiled, poached, sunny side up,fried or scrambeled soft.
Does this mean every described runny egg within parenthesis is also a "runny egg) ?????
Come on people, are you really this gullible? There are no magic natural remedies, other than aspirin, that have NOT been discovered and monetized. There's a GOOD reason we have the FDA to ensure safety and efficacy!
But go ahead folks...go spend some SERIOUS CASH on Prevagen, "a protein originally isolated from jellyfish"...because a commercial tells you you need this for your brain. I was one of the PhD students who discovered this protein in jellyfish that binds calcium. It can't even make it through your F'ING stomach! Americans are scientifically blind deaf and dumb by choice. How else would a country elect someone so stupid as president?
One of the biggest problems with this country is the ignorance of the citizenry, which translates to the gullibility and susceptibility of people to complete BS like Prosvent or Prevagen.
Harsh and angry...and quite justifiable! Thanks!
Since the 1st comment here was 7-21-2013, this 'report' is WAY out of date, esp since I just saw a Prosvent commercial today, 4-30-2017.
I take a product that has some of the same ingredients Prosvent claims to have, and it works for me. I've had prostate issues - having to pee too often - for over 20 years now. I started with a product I saw in Parade magazine in the Sunday paper, back b4 the internet was a thing. After using that product for a few years, once I let myself run out of it, and I didn't have any to take for nearly 2 weeks before my re-order arrived. During that time it got so bad I was having to pee nearly every hour. Remember the Re-release of the original Star Wars movie in 1998? I peed before I went in, but I couldn't sit thru the whole movie - had to go to the men's room and pee again. That's how bad it was. Got my prosvent-like stuff in the mail, started taking it again, and in a week I felt normal, going 4-6 hours w/o having to pee during the day, and sometimes all night w/o getting up, but never getting up more than once. And ZERO side effects.
For the past 10 years or so I've been using 'urinozinc' off the shelf at walmart, 9 bucks for 60 caps, which has several of the same ingredients prosvent advertises in their product. Plus, I take 450 mg saw palmetto, also off the shelf at walmart for about 10 bucks for 200 caps. I sleep at least 6 hours w/o getting up, occasionally I sleep 8 hrs. This over-the-counter 'natural' stuff has been working for me for over 2 decades. Again, with ZERO side effects. So for only about $20 ($9 for 'urinozinc prostate health' and $10 for 'saw palmetto 450 mg' at walmart), isn't it worth a try?
I clicked to this link because I wanted to compare prosvent to what I'm already taking. The 'report' I've just read above was pretty much a waste of my time. I posted this long comment so hopefully it won't be such a waste to people who read it after me.
The above review fits all profile points of being written by a representative of Prosvent.
The facts and theories do not confirm that the herbal ingredients in Prosvent are effective at all for Prostrate issues.
When I close my eyes and sleep any time of day I wet myself get lazy and relaxed please help
prosvent simply doesnot work.
I don't know who wrote this review. Words are misspelled, the grammar is poor and the sentence syntax is horrible. I do not believe the Prosvent is a viable product. Seems too good to be true.
Foods that nourish the prostate: stewed tomatoes, blueberries, broccoli, beans, watermelon, wild Alaskan salmon
Foods that are bad for the prostate: runny eggs (soft-boiled, poached, sunny-side up, fried or scrambled soft)
Whats the relationship between the curative effect of PROSVENT and the kidney. will it also work on the kidney or its purely for prostate.
may i ask my doctor to prescribe me prosvent
It is not a prescription drug. It is available without one.
I have read many reports that saw palmetto does not work for the prostate, and have proven this to myself. My interest: A doctor steered me to it decades ago. Later I tried a prescription med which I quit after three months. What slightly interests me is your claim that foods have some effect, what they are and exactly how they work.
I noticed no one bothered to respond to your very important question.?
can. i buy it over the counter
You can buy it without a RX, even online at Amazon.
