I like to sit sit in cycle you can do about 20 minutes on the sit in cycle 20 minutes on your Elliptical. half hour with your weights and you have a great workout
I also have a bike and I like to walk we also have a swimming pool so I get a variety of exercise in yes it takes diligence you gotta get up and just do it and went you see the results you're happy so don't quit and don't forget drink lot of water
I love mine. I've had it for over a year and average about 200 miles on it per month. I use it in the morning while I'm watching the news. I use it during the evening during family time when we watch movies. It's super easy to forget that you're exercising and you will find yourself sweating even though it feels like you've done nothing.

I ordered the Site N Cycle from Bed bath ND Beyond. I only paid 86.00 for it so it is well worth it. I've used it three tines since Christmas and so far so good.

i got mine from deal direct for $50 n that included shipping. Now just have to put it together!!
No problem with my order though I wanted to cancel because of the price, but seeing the monthly payments that IS stated on their website I decided to keep it. I was a little upset that customer service couldn't find my order right away but I understood it's not their FAULT because they are just reps. People just need to read and quit blaming customer service for the order they placed not the rep. SitNcycle was not deceptive so no reason to say it was.
It may work, but its definitely a scam. i ordered yesterday morning thinking it was just some cheap little thing I could try and use while Im at my desk. So, after I order it, the site tells me it costs almost 300 dollars! I immediately called to cancel, however, the customer service person told me the order was not showing up yet. i called four times throughout the day until they closed at 8pm receiving the same answer each time. i called this morning, and they tell me it is too late to cancel. I just cancelled my credit card and plan to return to sender the second its delivered. Total gimic, def not worth 300 damn dollars!
Pedal fell off after one week. They are sending me a new one. It will do the same thing again, waste of money. Sad

Total rip off ordered on line and was charged $239.00 told that I couldn't
cancel order for 5 hours because I ordered ONLINE and now I am not in their
systems but they also sent me an email confirmation I spoke to a person
named DJ and was told by him that this happens about 100 times a day and he
still works for the company BUYER BEWARE TOTAL RIPOFF RIPOFF RIPOFF IF THEY
SHiP ORDER IT IS ON THEM BECAUSE THEY WON'T LET ME CANCEL ALREADY TALKED TO
CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE BEWARE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE
I was told by Chase in customer service and Art today and was told that this
item was shipped as I stated yesterday I will not be responsible for this
shipment if it is loss are stolen. If was told by DJ and Jack yesterday that
the order was not in their systems now I am told today by Chase and Art that
they can't stop shipment and will continue to bill my credit card this
company have failed to communicate with customers total ripoff and I will be
contacting my local consumer advocate about this problem since it seems that
this is standard operating procedure at this company if my credit card is
charge for this item.
Please cancel my order I do not want this. I made a mistake.thank you I will just refuse it when it arrives.
