If you’ve been looking to get started with a testosterone booster, you might want to consider Cellucor P6. It’s got good reviews, and comes from a company that has a track record for bringing successful health products to the market. But did they really get another one right here, and what sort of results can you expect when you take this?
Overview
Testosterone boosters are all the rage right now, and there are a ton of them to choose from. Some are better than others of course, but it’s not always the easiest thing to sort out the winners from the losers. Everybody out there seems to have a vested interest in certain products, so it becomes hard to trust the information you’re given, and the feedback that gets posted.
The Claim
Cellucor P6 claims that they are like a 3 in 1 product, and can help you build up your strength, increase lean muscle, and also help with your libido. By getting your testosterone levels back to where they should be, you’ll essentially be fixing the problems associated with “Low T” and get back your previous vigor and zest for life that tends to lag the older you get, and the lower you levels of testosterone get.
The Hype
Low testosterone has been getting a lot of attention lately, with commercials on TV directing you online to see if you’re suffering from low levels. It’s billed as the answer to a lot of problems guys experience as they age, and they’ve tried to link all of them together in an attempt to be able to fix them with one solution.
The Cost
Cellucor P6 is $120 for 120 capsules. You are meant to take 4 capsules a day, 2 in the morning and 2 at night, so you’re looking at roughly $4 a day to be on this. When you compare that to the stuff your doctor will put you on to treat the same problem, it seems pretty reasonable.
The Commitment
A twice a day regimen is pretty easy to follow, and when you look at how complicated some testosterone supplementation programs are, this should be easy to stay on with. Just keep the bottle out and near the bathroom sink so that you see it in the morning and at night when you are doing your morning and nightly routines. While you’re taking it, you should test it out to see if it’s working. You can do this in a few different ways, by hitting the gym to see if you’ve got more strength, and by hitting the bedroom to see if you’ve got more of a sex drive.
Evaluation
It’s important to note that Cellucor P6 doesn’t contain any testosterone in it, it works by stimulating the body to create its own testosterone, and bring it back to the levels it should be at. You’re not doing anything unnatural here, since your testosterone should be at these levels, and it’s actually unnatural not to have them there. When evaluating this along with other testosterone boosters, it’s clearly at the top of the pack. There are plenty of companies out there that seem to have just whipped something up to cash in on the trend.
But Cellucor is no newcomer, and this isn’t the only product that they’ve developed. It’s a company that you can trust, at least for a trial run. There are so many products out there that we don’t even advise trying, because they’re just too shady. This is one that we have no trouble recommending a trial run, because aside from all of the peer evidence that this works, it actually gets high marks from health and fitness professionals.
Final Cellucor P6 Review
We’re giving Cellucor P6 a Thumbs Up rating. They do a lot of things right here, including breaking down all of the ingredients, and letting you know why they’ve included them, and what they do to the body. They also don’t try to price compete in an effort to win your business. The company itself is known for using premium ingredients, and bringing effective products to the market, so they don’t really have to price their products low. They know it’s worth it, and if it works for you you’ll happily reorder at this price month after month.
Our Recommendation
It’s best to go to your doctor first to see if you are actually suffering from low testosterone levels. It wouldn’t be a good idea to take something like this if you don’t need it. Once you’ve been properly diagnosed, you can forego the doctor’s recommendation and give this a try first. That way you can always fall back on what the doctor prescribed, but it makes a lot of sense to go with an all natural solution if at all possible.
I tried p6 for one cycle and I can say that it did something but I did not like some of the results. It did give me impressive stamina and libido but I did not like the gains. It made me bulky with no definition and my gut got bigger. I felt fat.
P6 didn’t work for me, i consumed 2 bottles (the guy at GNC convinced me to get the second bottle ) he said i’ll get the result if i do second cycle of this P6, gullible me so i did…cut story short, no impressive gains whatsoever… i learned my lesson.
Could this be what I’ve been missing the last few years? Hmmm… I work out, eat fairly healthy, and live an active life, but I can’t help but notice I’m less energetic than other men of my age range. I wasn’t like all the time and I think it was about 3 years that I started feeling like this. I never thought about my testosterone level, but I did read somewhere that the level of testosterone decreases in men as they age. It’s about quality of life, I think it’s worth a try.
