If your purse is in shambles, you might have luck with the Purse Organizer by Lady Elegance. It is supposed to take a chaotic purse and turn it into something where you can easily find things and have it all fit into a smaller purse. We’ve been trying in vain to find a purse organizer that works and fits smaller purses, so when we saw this we had to put it to the test.
Overview
There’s just something about a purse that makes it a magnet for disorder. Perhaps it’s because it’s the go-to place for everything in our lives, the cell phone, important papers, sunglasses, pocketbook, and even the guys try to get in on it when they don’t want to hold something. There’s some comfort in the mess it becomes because it’s your mess and you always seem to be able to know what’s in it, even if you can’t find it right away. But is there a better way?
The Claim
The Purse Organizer says that it has all of the sections you’d need, including a spot for your cell phone, cash, pens, lipstick and more. They say that you can easily move from purse to purse, because all of your most frequently used items can transfer in a snap. They even say that they’ve designed it to blend in with the inside of your purse. We went with the pink, so no blending there unless we get a pink purse to go with it, but if you went with the black option it would definitely be hard to notice inside the purse.
The Hype
The reason these kinds of organizers are so popular is because of the universal problem they are trying to solve. Most women have purses that they’re not proud to admit ownership of. Others freely admit that their purse is a mess, and even seem to take some pride in it. But at the end of the day, if a product can solve the purse problem they will have a stream of happy customers.
The Cost
The price is right with the Purse Organizer and you can find it for less than $10 at many different online retailers, including Amazon. When you compare that to the convenience this provides, it’s a great bargain.
The Commitment
This should help you save time from digging for things like keys, pens, credit cards and more. If you’re always fishing for things at the bottom of your purse, that can be a thing of the past. It may not sound like much, but all of that time accumulates and you’d really be surprised if you saw your weekly and monthly totals for how much wasted time you spend on a disorganized purse.
Evaluation
One of the features we really liked about the Purse Organizer is that it makes purse swapping so much easier. If you’ve got to constantly transfer all of your little knick knacks from one purse to another, it can be a real pain, especially when you want to wear a particular outfit and your day to day purse doesn’t go with it. Some people have complained that the pockets are pretty tight, and we agree that they could have made them all just a little bit bigger. But after you break it in it gets a bit easier to take things in and out, but at first it is a bit of a struggle.
If you’ve got heaven sent organizational skills, maybe you don’t need this, but if you’re like a lot of women out there, you probably wish there was a better way than treating your purse like a grab bag and just tossing things into it. There are also some purses that have a lot of compartments, and this might be redundant, and is better for purses that offer more of just a general area that has everything garbled together.
Final Purse Organizer Review
The Purse Organizer is a success and gets our Thumbs Up rating. After trying out a few duds, we were starting to think that there were no viable options out there. But they’ve really thought this out, and have come up with all the different compartments you’d need, and tucked it all in to a compact size so that you’re not fighting to make it fit into your purse.
Our Recommendation
We recommend getting this because we’ve finally found something that can keep everything in order, but not take up a ton of room. If you find yourself consistently frustrated by digging for things in your purse, or even if you just want to be able to change purses without a hassle, this is for you. We’ve tested out other organizers that didn’t impress us much, but this was the first one that we felt we’d be able to use for the long term, and actually use it.
I love your video reviews~ they’re very informative and they make it very easy to make purchase decisions. Please keep them coming 🙂 With that said, for $10 I think this purse organizer’s a steal. Regardless of all the compartments your handbag might come with, the main compartment of the purse is always highly inconvenient to use and this organizer is perfect to make it work as it was intended to.
