There are better programs than this if you are looking for a way to cut down the learning curve with kettlebells, but also keep it fun at the same time. They make it fun so all you have to do is press play on the DVD and follow along and before you know it you’re done and have another accomplishment under your belt.
This system, The Reinhardt system, is very much like all the other systems out there- a bit of a waste of time. But that being said, if you were to buy a kettle bell not having any experience of it in the gym before, then it too might be a waste of money. But I’m sure you could go online, to YouTube or wherever, and find some instructional videos to show you some moves. You don’t have to fork out the $100 dollars on this system, unless you really want to. Your success will come down to dedication and hard work and a good diet, not a lack of knowledge about how to use the thing.
I live in a tiny apartment so I can’t really have a big exercise equipment unless I’m ready to make some compromise on other things. I always wanted to buy a bowflex but that’s just way too big for my apartment and I think my roommate will also object. I don’t really know how well the kettlebell will work, but at least you only need a single kettlebell to get started with it.
