Does the 14 Day Fat Loss Plan really work? The 14 Day Fat Loss Plan is a bit of a misnomer because you’re supposed to be on this long term as a lifestyle choice, rather than as a quick fix. It addresses the way the body stores fat and how you can manipulate things so that it burns it instead. But is there sound reasoning behind this?

If you ask ten different fitness gurus why the body stores fat you’ll probably get ten slightly different answers. It’s so hard to get reliable information that you can count on to get the body you’ve always wanted. What’s really needed is a succinct explanation of why the body makes so much fat, and why it’s so stubborn and seems to want to stay with you for the long haul.

The Claim
In the 14 Day Fat Loss Plan Shaun Hadsall claims that you will be able to retool you metabolism and time your eating right so that your body uses up the foods you eat in the best way possible. He also says that you’ll only have to workout 3 times per week to get results. Some workout programs have you exercising every day, or 6 days a week so 3 days a week sounds manageable.

The Hype
The hype is that you can have someone tell you what to do, but they can’t make you do it. So even though he’s presenting this, and laying it all out, if you don’t put it to use then it’s the same as not knowing what you should be doing. That’s why if you’re a habitual trier-outer of fitness programs, one day you’ll just have to start applying what they say and measuring the results that you’re getting.

The Cost
The 14 Day Fat Loss Plan is $30 and is sold through ClickBank so you’ll have a full 60 days to try it out and get a refund if you find that you don’t like what it contains.

The Commitment
For many people this is going to be a totally different way of eating. It’s going to require your commitment early on as you adjust to this, but over time it should get easier and easier to stick with as it becomes the way you eat. If you’re not used to doing high intensity fitness training, that will take some getting used to as well, even if you’re no stranger to the gym, going with a high intensity workout can be a bit rough at first.

When you try out the 14 Day Fat Loss Plan you’ll see that everything is laid out in an organized manner so that you can follow it step by step. Even though there’s a lot of sound nutritional information in it, it’s never presented in a way that’s over your head, or in a way that talks down to you. New terms are introduced and everything is explained in a way that gives you a better understanding about how your body works, and why it does what it does.

This shifts the attitude from treating your body as if it is the enemy, or that it is doing things the wrong way, or that there is something wrong with you or you just have bad genes. It shows that you can put things into the right alignment so that you switch from being a fat storing machine to a fat burning machine.

The Body for Life Connection
Shaun Hadsall almost won the grand championship prize with Body for Life back in the day. He went from an average body to a totally ripped body. What more impressive is that ten years later he was still lean and cut, not as bulky but fit as fit can be. The program he advocates here is different than Body for Life but still has a lot of similarities like a cheat day, and doing high intensity and interval training.

Final 14 Day Fat Loss Plan Review

The 14 Day Fat Loss Plan is getting a solid Try rating from us. The way he breaks down the information so that it’s easy to understand and put into practice is pretty effective. If you watch the intro videos on the pitch page and like his style, you’ll like what’s inside and it’s worth the price to see the details of what he’s explaining. If you’re not getting the results you want, it’s super easy to request a refund so you’re not risking anything but your time.

Our Recommendation
We always a little cautious when it comes to programs that put a time limit in their title. It’s best not to get this and expect drastic results in just 2 weeks. The better way to look at it is to hope to see some decent results after 14 days so that you can stay motivated and stay on with it to see better and better results as you go along.

What do you think? Does 14 Day Fat Loss Plan work or not?

Customer Review on “Does the 14 Day Fat Loss Plan Really Work?

  1. I admit it was the title that brought me here LMAO~ I was again looking for a quick fix… I admit I haven’t learned my lesson yet. Anyhow, after reading this review I think it makes sense. I like the fact that this looks at long-term goal rather than a quick fix that we all know will eventually make you even fatter. You hear that Atkins? 😀 I like the idea of manipulating the body so that it burns fat, sounds very sciency and cool. I need to lose at least 30 pounds, but I’ll be happy if I can lose 10 pounds in the first couple of months to get things started.
