I’ve been using them for over a year. Mine still stick and that’s after quite a bit of use. The biggest challenge I have with them is keeping them to myself. My husband and kids are constantly using (mine). I’ve pretty much thrown-out every other ice pack I have. I have fibro and neuropathy. These have been a godsend.
