The NutriBullet claims that it doesn’t merely blend the ingredients you put in it, it extracts all of the vitamins and minerals from the food so that you are getting all of the good things you body needs. But is this really different than a blender, or is it all just a lot of hype?
Overview
At first glance this looks a lot like a Magic Bullet, and it has a similar name. You might also compare it to a juicer, since the remaining drink looks more like juice than a shake or a smoothie. It’s trying to make a third category, referring to itself as extractor and saying that it’s neither a blender or a juicer, but better than both. There are definitely inherent flaws with juicers and blenders, so it’s easy to see why a company would try to make something that outshines them.
The Claim
The manufacturers of the NutriBullet say that this unleashes your foods by breaking them down and turning their cells “inside out”. They draw the distinction from being a blender because blenders leave behind big chunks of food behind, which means your body still has to break those bigger particles down. They also say they’re not like a juicer, because a juicer separates the juice from the pulp and wastes a lot of perfectly good fiber and other nutrients. They say that rather than juicing, this blasts through pulp, skins, and even seeds so that it all becomes liquified.
The Hype
The hype is there because they’ve got to do a lot of convincing that this isn’t just a blender. It looks like a blender, it sounds like a blender, and it makes smoothies that look like the ones that come out of a blender. So they need to do a lot of demonstrating and a lot of claim-making in order to convince people that it’s different from an ordinary blender, and can serve as a replacement for their current blender and juicer.
The Cost
You can get the NutriBullet for $120 delivered to your door, or you can break it up into 6 payments of $20 for no additional charge. Either way it comes with a 30 day money back guarantee so you don’t have to worry about losing your money in order to try it. A few interesting points: most offers like this will charge extra when you break it up into payments rather than making a one time payment, and they include free shipping no matter how you pay, so there’s really no penalty for breaking it up into installments.
The Commitment
What most people don’t realize is that when you buy a juicer or a blender similar to this you’re committing to buying the fruits and vegetables that go in it. These can be pretty expensive, especially if you are buying fresh and organic produce. Since these drinks use a combination of so many different ingredients it means you have to buy a lot of produce in order to make the shakes, so just be prepared for this.
Evaluation
If this does what it says it does there’s really nothing to compare it to, since most juicers leave a lot of pulp and fiber behind, and most blenders don’t fully blend up shakes made with fruits and vegetables. Users are saying that they’re really happy with the way it works, and they use it more often than they thought they would. Of course you’ll find those that say it didn’t live up to their expectations, but that’s true for most every product.
Final NutriBullet Review
We’re giving the NutriBullet a Solid Try rating, due to the positive feedback it receives, and also because there’s not much risk involved with trying it. When you have a product like this that could have such a positive benefit on your health if it enables you to drink more fruit and vegetable smoothies.
Our Recommendation
This is something that you will definitely want to try out. $20 gets it delivered to your door for a one-month trial. Just be prepared to put it through its paces so you can make your determination whether or not you want to keep it. At a total cost of $120 it’s got a lot to live up to, so make sure you try making some green smoothies in it and give it some difficult tasks to see how it performs.

And…?
What was that you said? I can’t hear you over my Nutribullet
Doctore you need a therapist. Your wife needs a life coach.
Sincerely,

I have had my Nutribullet only for a few weeks but I already know I will use it until it breaks then unless something better comes along I will get another one.
The smoothies so far I have made have been amazing and it’s so quick and easy to use and most importantly easy to clean. I haven’t tried other smoothie makers so cannot say it’s better than anything out there but I could not imagine anything else being any easier to use or quicker to clean.
I got this to kick start my partner and myself into more healthy eating, we are both vegetarian but had some bad eating habits with snacking on crisps etc, that’s was me and my partner drank way too many fizzy drinks. The smoothies have replaced the fizzy drinks for my partner and I don’t think they will ever come back into the house as the smoothies are so good. I have stopped snacking on junk and certainly feel better for it.
I have been suffering with IBS for a few years and was worried smoothies might cause me problems but so far the opposite has been true, the fiber seems to be helping. Either that or I have unknowingly removed my IBS triggers, either way its all good.
One of my issues was in the past I did not eat enough fruit, the reason being that I have suffered with mouth ulcers for most of my life and my mouth is very sensitive to the acids in fruits. Biting into an apple would make my gums swell and my mouth can get very sore with apples and other fruits. This eliminates the problem so I am now getting much more fruit into my system and I already feel better for it, hopefully I will get less ulcers now as well.
Wheather or not the Nutribullet does what it claims in extracting more nutrients than other blenders I don’t know. What I do know is though that is small quick and convenient and very easy to clean and has inspired me to make positive changes to our lives. I am 55 and intend to go on another 55 if possible, that’s not going to happen without a healthy diet which for me starts here.
I intend to get a masticating juicer as well, probably a Hurom as the reviews on them seem to be good. I think it’s best to mix Juicing and smoothies into your day as both have different benefits and variety is a good thing.
I see so many of my friends slipping into obesity and disease now as we all get older this has got to be the way to go and I will be nagging some of my friends to try this.
So get one give it a go and get healthy!
Please look up peal in a dictionary.
I don’t know about you guys but in some relationships, you make joint decisions on expensive purchases.. To me, considering I have a blender, this would be expensive and unnecessary.
My son bought this for me and it sat in a cabinet for almost a year. Finally, he took it out and started using it. He was raving about the taste and I was amazed that this young guy who basically was a fast food junkie was suddenly turning healthy on me! I consider myself healthy but knew I wasn’t getting enough veggies and fruit into my diet. I started using it, just to try it, and it was EASY! And delicious!! I use it every day now. I stopped adding fruit because I think it raised my blood sugar–I would feel VERY hungry in an hour and a little shaky. I just use veggies, flaxseed, and a little unsweetened almond milk and fill with water. It is so good and so easy to clean up. For a snack I did frozen pineapple chunks and almond milk and it tastes like sherbet–it’s so yummy. I sleep better and interestingly my hair was thinning over the last year at an alarming rate. That stopped. Coincidental? Not sure, but it stopped within the first three weeks of using this. Maybe it was a nutrient deficiency. Kale never tasted so good! Easy clean up, smooth drinks, you can add the works. What a way to start the morning!! I really do like this unit a lot and the only thing i regret is that it sat in my cabinet for a year!
Why don’t you just eat the fruit or vegetable? Don’t you get the same juice and nutrients by eating it?
SERIOUSLY??????? YOU gave your wife PERMISSION ?????? PERMISSION ??????
WHERE are you keeping this women??? WHAT year do you think it is?????? WHAT CENTURY
do you think it is ??????? God help you both !!
I love my nutribullet. I paid $80, not $120.
I really love my Nutribullet, but my consultant at Slimming World said they are not a good idea and have to stop using it due to the fact you are not chewing the fruits but seeing as I use half contents with Kale I WOULDN,T like to chew this raw as it,s very indigestible. In the Bullet it mixes and you cannot taste any bitterness
I love the nutribullet. My only concern is that after repeated use for some time…you get some rust below the blade where the axis is. I noticed that on my and it is hard to remove the rust as this makes contact with your drink. Also the fact that you must add water….I think that doing this will dilute the product and water will lessen the stomach acids when you drink it and might not be digested properly. Last…the blending motion may cause some of the nutrients to be lost. Other than this….I like it but I know a masticating juicer machine is much better as you drink pure juice with no added water.
I have to wonder about everyone who is having trouble with it thickening up. Just add a little more water or milk and it will be fine. I always drink mine with a straw.
Perhaps you were using the “crusher” blade instead of the extractor. Did it myself and also jammed it. I wouldn’t trade it for anything now!
Not true at all. Perhaps you could let it blend a little longer. It is great because you can toss all the greens and veggies and fruit that is starting to get a little overripe or wilted into the cup and make a great smoothie. You will really cut back on the waste. I even throw in a whole orange without peeling it; provides a great zing.
Well , read all comments. Negative and positive. Here I go with my NutriBullet and will post in two months and let you know what I think.
I bought a nutribullet about three weeks ago now because I wanted something to use at work. I hate eating vegetables and have been blending and drinking them for years; they go down much quicker that way. lol I have a Vitamix and and a Omega NC800 which I love but I am not carting them to and from work. So, I decided to give the bullet a try.
I first started with a regular blender then bought a magic bullet. When the magic bullet went bad I bought my other two units. Then I decided I wanted something for work so I bought the NutriBullet (600 version). So I have a little bit of real-world knowledge when it comes to blending.
While I am not in love with the Nutribullet it does fit my current need. There really is no comparison to a strong blender like a Vitamix. You will still get seeds that a not “pulverized” and leaves that may not be totally desolved but I did not expect that from this product. If it had worked that way for this price, I would of been yelling it from the roof tops.
What it is; a great way to get started in a healthy lifestyle if you are just starting with vegetable smoothies or if you do not want to spend the extra money to buy a more expensive unit. It is good enough that I bought one so my mother can get started on her journey.
So in the end don’t buy this thinking it is going to be the smoothest drink ever, it isn’t. Or, because the commercial says it is just as good a Vitamix or Blentech; it’s not. Buy it because you want to enjoy a healthy life style…or because you don’t want to eat your veggies. 😉
Why are there no current comments? All seem to be over a year old?
Yes, but this ‘breaking down of nutrients’ that the nutribullet claims
To do is actually making them less beneficial to you. Once the nutrients have begun to disassociate they lose their health benefits. It’s the same with cooking some foods. It’s well known that raw vegetables are more beneficial than cooked ones.
The best rule you can ever use is, the less you have to do with the food, the less you alter it; the better it is for you. Your body is designed to break down the nutrients in their natural form, this product may be a good blender, but it certainly does not “unlock” nutrients that the developers claim were not available before blending.
This is a scam. It’s just a blender. I have a Cuisinart blender that is also 600 watts just like the Nutribullet. The infomercial says it operates at 10,000 rpm…so what! My Cuisinart operates at 17,000 rpm. Their claims of it being “revolutionary” is a lie. It’s just a blender. So, if you want to go a similar health nutrition program, just use your existing blender.
Please try again and read the directions. It actually works better then I thought that it would. My husband and I both agree that the drinks that we make are not only delicious, but making us healthier, everyday. Please give it another try.
I bought 2 weeks ago I love it.I make it for breakfast every day for everybody at home we get a lot energy for the day.this is the only way my kids will eat vegetables for breakfast.I am very happy with the Nutribullet. any way we spend money on junk food.Is not painful to spend on our health

The Nutri Bullet is spectacular. The important thing is to add a liquid such as cold green tea or almond milk. I have been using it for about a year. I’ve lost weight, all my cardio blood work is better than normal. I feel great. I have a lot of energy and a happy disposition. You must have a commitment to good health. This machine is a step in the right direction. Be creative in you juicing. Use a good green powder. Frozen blueberries and iced hibiscus tea. As far as the cakes, cookies and ice cream. Juice them in the garbage disposal. Buy this product. You won’t regret it.
I bought a nutribullet and still haven’t obtained the “optimal” health that they say you’ll have. The Nutribullet is so loud I have to have my windows closed to use it or other noise distractors going, so as not to annoy the neighbors in the rv park. It doesn’t always grind everything up either. I guess I could leave it going longer but with as loud as it is w/o ear plugs you can only listen to it so long. I don’t think it is really worth it, a blender would get it done just as well and would be a lot less noisy.
Your wrong Tom! Everything you put into the Nutribullet is still there when you drink it. Silly Boy!
The comments and the reviews on this product are exceptional. I rarely pull my juicer out but this looks like something I would leave out and use regularly. Again, the comments are impressive and I am convinced by them that this product is worth a try.
Great, love it. I’ve had it for almost 2 weeks now, and cant imagine going a day without a ‘blast’ (or 2). I’ve not eaten meat for almost 20 years now, but, honestly, via this product, Ive eaten more raw veg in two weeks now, that I have in the last year or 2 COMBINED. What your consuming here people, is pure, raw food, the way nature intended.
Did you really just say your wife “called and ordered it without” your permission? Is she a child? I know this is off topic but….yeah I just don’t even know what to say to that. Wow.
I have been using the Nutri bullet for 6 months. I was very skeptical, but very happily surprised with the long term results of my almost daily bullet!…..I was struggling with stubborn post-pregnancy weight loss and in 6 months, I dropped 15 pounds! The other totally unexpected result I had was the clearing of my adult acne! It really shows that the bullet works and I am healthier because of it. I turned 40 three months ago and I feel better than I have in years. There is a commitment to purchasing the fresh produce, but I freeze the berries and that saves money by reducing spoilage. I use the tall cup to make my bullets….there is more room and you can add more things after you blend it down for a minute…Even though the color of the nutri bullet drink looks terrible, it tastes very good! I have learned you can add a teaspoon of peanut butter or honey, etc. You learn to experiment and I have to honestly say, this is the first “as seen on TV” item I use every day!! I swear by it because when I went on a 2 week vacation and didn’t have my nutri bullet, I noticed my acne came back! That was when I really understood the dramatic changes this product has in your body. It really is good for you and if you had a problem with it, you maybe just didn’t do something right? I found the unit very easy to use and clean. I am very thankful that nutribullet was invented and I actually gave it a try and stuck with it!
i bought the nb exactly one month ago. two weeks after being diagnosed with diebetes. my first test for my blood sugar was 385. in one month of two drinks a day ( from diebetes nb blast) and 30 min walks 5x a week, my test are in the 120 to 140 range…one month. this was without metphormin. if you lack getting your veggies in this is a great tool. i must say that when i eat food it is now very healthy, so it takes exercise, a healthy diet, and Nutribullet !!!!
I’m sending mine back as well. It is “supposed” to extract and grind through seeds and the flesh of many veggies. Mine worked great for about 2 weeks until it started leaving chunks behind. It won’t grind up the skin of grapes, won’t grind through my flaxseeds, won’t even pulverize kale like I thought it would. The blender I purchased from Target for $30 works better than the Nutri-Bullet. I’m thinking maybe they sent me one from a bad batch (they should be recalled) or its a hoax. I am no stranger to nutrition (Certified Holistic Nutritionist) and I own 2 Vitamix blenders and an Omega juicer so I know how these tools work.
Today, while blending kale, grapes, clementines, carrots and flax seeds the damn thing literaally STOPPED WORKING in the middle of grinding. Then, a horrible burning odor started emitting from the blender. I lifted it off the counter to further investigate only to burn the crap out of my hand because the bottom was scorching hot. Hmmm…
Not a fan of the Nutri Bullet and wil continue to shop around for the perfect mini “extractor”.
so you are suppose to pour the blended food into a strainer and then add water? that isnt in the instructions. Well it explains why after 5 min. the blended food thickens to a pudding/gel consistency. So there are more things you have to do after blending they dont state in instructions. Thanks for sharing !
I bought a nutri bullet and gave it away. It does blend excellent but after it blends and you pour it in a glass/cup or drink out of the container you blend in. Within 5 min. or so the blended liquid thickens and becomes like gel or pudding consistancy. It doesnt stay liquid like. Wind up eating it with a spoon or stirring in more water/liq. to have to thin it down. So I gave mine to my mom.
for doctore…too bad yourl little wifey didn’t get your permission. Imagine a wife doing something on her own!
My wife called to order the bullet with out my permission and they answer right away and took her order and credit card. When the thing arrived, it performed as well as my blender, but no better. It can only make single servings, it has many pieces that take up lots of space and it does not replace the blender for everything. I called customer service to return it and then they took many days to return my call. I give zero star to this unnecessary item and negative ten stars to the customer service. I recommend not to ever buy this product.
OK – I bought mine @ BedBath&Beyond w/ a 20% off coupon & got it for like $86 – totally worth it! Within the first week, I lost 10 lbs w/out even trying because it really does clean you out! I’ve been doing it now for about 2 months & it is a great machine – I do highly recommend it.
However, there are a few things I think need to be mentioned :
– I’ve been calling their Customer Service for weeks with some questions – & it is IMPOSSIBLE to get thru. I mean NEVER – I always get a busy signal.
– Has anyone else noticed that the more you use it, the LESS fine the fruits and grains get? eg. the flax seeds used to get all chopped up – now they stay whole. Same with some seeds. Although seeds can be good for you – I have to admit that they are starting to bother me and causing problems. Anyone else experiencing this?
– the base of the chopper does concern me in that it smells horrible – like a highly toxic plastic. Is this completely safe?
– Having used it dozens of times, I now see some tricks they obviously used in their commercial. I usually fill it right to the brim with fruits & veggies but I never get more than a half-filled container of juice. I also never seem to get it as smooth as they do in the commercial. Well now it is quite clear to me that they added a LOT of water to the drink AFTER it was blasted making it thinner and greater in volume. Just before he pours it into the strainer, notice how much higher the level of juice is in the container compared to right after it was mixed. It is also much thinner and smoother in texture. This is such a good product, they don’t need to do “scammy” things like that! Also, having seen the commercial so many times, I am totally sick of that idiot Wolfe spokesperson who is incredibly irritating and annoying and says the stupidest things I’ve ever heard. He seems like a real jerk with his small hands to boot!
Also – what they don’t tell you is, within a half hour to an hour from when you ingest the drink – – be sure to never be far away from a bathroom! I made the mistake in the beginning of drinking it right before I went out for a walk or shopping – – MISTAKE!! It caused many very quick returns home or having to find public bathrooms quite quickly! So, in that respect – plan your juice-making very carefully!
OK,OK you guys have convinced me. I spoke to a 60+ year old friend, she says she loves it – and she’s a huge critic of everything.
I’ve given up on my Jack LaLane, cause its a pain to use. I don’t need to lose weight, but we’re on the cusp of a nasty flu season, so I’m off to Target!
I agree with eileen, over a month now, love it. No leaks, nada. We use spinach/kale, add a brocolli floret, baby carrot, couple cherry tomatoes, and then lots of fruits, normally frozen (mango, peach, berries, apples, grapes, cranberry, melons etc) and spoon flax seed, almonds and hemp in, water, lid, blend, brilliant. Grapes are fantastic, and you have to try pomegranate seeds, fantastic! By the way, we pre-grind flax, almonds with the grinder and leave in a sealed magic bullet cup, and so just throw a couple teaspoons on. Keep below fill line, it is great. Eat two to three shakes a day. Cravings are gone for snacking.
There are some redeeming qualities to the Nutribullet, if it last even one year
of it’s 4 year warranty.
I purchased one and it was good for 3 months before it began leaking.
So I purchased a 2nd one, It didn’t leak the first day, but it did leak every day
afterwards..
I followed instructions, i.e., use the line on the tumbler so you don’t overfill,
put liquid in the tumbler along with fruits/vegetables, screw lid on snug.
I’ve asked a reliable competitor if they can develope something better, more
efficient. VERY disappointed with the two I’ve purchased.
This response is for Tom – all the food product remains in the drink – so anyone who drinks it gets the full benefit of all of the nutrition in the fruits and veggies that were used to make the nutriblast. It would take a lot longer to actually “eat” the raw spinach, kale, banana, apple, pear, blueberries, almonds, and flax seed that i had this morning in my drink. It took me appx 5 mins to add the fruit and veggies etc. to the nutribullet – mix it all up – and drink it. You’d still be chewing your spinach. If you’ve got that much time on your hands good for you. You go ahead and enjoy your “adult food”. Those of you who, like me, want good nutrition but have very busy schedules – GET A NUTRIBULLET – you will love it! I haven’t felt this good in many, many years – you will too.
This product processes foods. Processing breaks down the nutrients, making the foods far less beneficial and nutritious. If this is the only way you will eat nutritious foods, then by all means buy one. But if you can eat your raw vegetables and fruits – like an adult – then this product is doing you more harm than good.
Great product to make healthy nutri blasts for my whole family every day. Wonderful price and quality!
Thank you so much for creating this nutribullet!
I purchased the Nutri Bullet back in April of this year and have not been disappointed. I’ve followed the plan and as of this day I went from 267lbs and feeling like crap down to 217lbs and feeling great. The product definitely has worked great for me and others who I’ve recommended it to. My wife and I both love it and we really give it a work out. It’s still going strong after 6 months of making 3-4 blasts a day. I can’t tell you anything about their warranty or return policy. With or without a warranty, if it breaks down, I will replace it immediately.
My husband and I suffer ffrom different things, stomac, diabetes. cholesterol, high blood preasure and i am over weight. I have started with it one week ago. No leaks. excellent functioning. And most of all we are improving in our weakness. I’m loosing weight even when I’m not excercising. Next step will be lowering medication. I have been recommending it but you have to buy it dirrectly from the main source. No middle businesses.
Thank tou for creatng such a machine!
I’ve had this for almost two months. I think I actually save money because I buy about a week’s worth of vegetables and fruits. I eat it all, even if the fruit hasn’t matured or is bruised. I have lost some inches around my waist. I still eat normal food maybe four times a week, but try to keep the portions small.
You’re going to send it back because it wont grind up seeds? Wow, buy strainer. Don’t give up on it, your body with thank you.
I have it. I have it for 4 weeks now, over a month actually. It’s still working fine and making me shine! I read the instructions carefully. I dont do what it warns you shouldn’t do. I take care of it. And I’m LOVING IT. If you stuff the fruits and veggies to the top and you pour the liquid near the max line it will leak a bit. Why? Because it builds pressure. Air pressure will look for ways to find a release therefore it will leak. If you fill the (large cup) just below the blade when close and pour the liquid a little below the max line you won’t have leaks. ALSO, make sure you screw it tight, enough to seal all the contents as soon as you turn it upside down for extraction. I guess I got a good one? Then I bought my mother a Nurtibullet for her birthday at the Target Store. I walked in and got it. I made her follow the instructions carefully. Don’t do what it warned you not to do and no leaks for her too. Not a lemon. Not even a bad make. All in all we both got a good one from different sources of purchasing. How lucky are we? Perhaps, it’s because we read the instructions carefully and did not do what it warned you not to do. Simple as that.
With that said, I have had Jamba Juice and Elixir on a daily basis and not once have I felt energized, rejuvenated or lost weight. With Nutribullet, for just one drink, I instantly felt a change in my body. A headache that was consistent was gone the next day and still gone. I lost inches on my waist, hips, legs, arms, face , my skin got clearer and glowy. I have more energy than ever before. With at least 5 hrs sleep, I wake up feeling well-rested like I slept for 8hrs. I haven’t craved for snacks. My eating habits is well balanced. As for my mother, she’s a lung cancer survivor and the first Nutriblast she had she felt it go through her body, especially her back where she had half her lung cut due to the cancer. And in minutes after finishing her drink she said she felt her breathing got better. She normally would feel congested or something blocking her chest – due to her lung cancer. But ever since she had the Nutriblast her breathing improved and now she can walk without catching her breath, eating a menthol cough drop to feel airways open up, she hasn’t had a cough to ease her breathing since. She’s full of energy and she noticed her hands looked less wrinkled and more smoother like a 20 yr old. granted she’s a 76 yr old woman! I dont know how Nutribullet can do all that – pulverizing, breaking the cell wall of fruits and veggies – but the claim is true to form. She’s a true believer and so am I. I would recommend Nutribullet, hands down.
Nelson,
That is untrue or you must have used the wrong blade.
I have had the NutriBullet for 2 weeks and absolutely love it in every way. I feel so good after such a short period of time using it that I refer to this product as “my time machine”, because at 50 I was beginning to feel old really quick and over the last two weeks of “extracting” and eating healthy with only mild exercise I am beginning to look and feel like I did 8 or 10 years ago.
This is it! Forget the Omega and Jack LaLane juicers of the past! Simple to use and simple to clean. What more could you ask for. I simply cut up the fruits and veggies I want for the next 3 days. I put some of each fruit and veg in the nutri bullet container, add water, add ice and there you go! In 40 seconds I have a juice smoothie for breakfast and lunch. Sensible dinner and im on my way to losing weight! The rest of the fruits in veg are all cleaned and cut up ready for the next day! Go to walmart or target it is for $99. A great investment and not a big bulky juicer that you have to store and clean and it becomes really a big hassel. I purchased the omega 350 juicer for 379$ at bed bath and beyond and it came to 330 with tax after 20 percent coupon. I returned it the next day! With the nutribullet I get all the benefits of the entire fruit or vegetable and not just the juice. I hope this helps! To your HEALTH!
When you put the water over the max line it will overflow..I have it, I love it!!
Ya not true!!!
You can leave the thin skins on. Stuff like banana peals, orange peals, etc should be removed.
I have to disagree with some here who say it doesn’t blend well. Mine works great. Seeds and nuts blended totally and I can see or “feel” them when drinking. It’s not as thin a liquid as juicing, but way better than a regular blender.
My only complaint is that it doesn’t hold as much as I would like. I lived off juice for a few weeks and loved it. Just too costly. This is cheaper (mostly because you retain all the fruit or vegetable), and I feel full after my drinks. Just thought it would hold more. Would be nice to have a double sized cup to make two servings at a time. Not a deal breaker though.
For what it’s worth, I put one apple, one orange, half a crown of broccoli, big handful of spinach, and a tablespoon of flax seed. Tastes great, “blends” great, and only costs about $3 a serving.
What skins of fruits and vgetables cannot go into the nutribullet blender? Thank you.
I have been using the Nurti bullet for about a week now and would recoomend it. I have used juicers in the past that leave the pulp. They were just a pain to clean. The bullet does what it says. It is easy to clean and makes a pretty smooth juice in about 1 minute or so. You do have to leave it run a bit longer then a typical juicer, but I got the 25 year warranty so whatever.
Not true!
I’m sorry to say it not for my wife she can’t have seed, and this does not break up the seeds at all, I myself am getting sick of having a drink with the seeds in it, I’m sending it back, most every drink has either nuts or seeds and they don’t taste all that great you have to be a “Bear Grylls” I guess to drink this stuff
It doesn’t work. It leaves a chunky mess.
I was desperate to try something to help my husband recover from the treatments he received from throat cancer. He lost over 80 pounds, his taste buds changed and he still has problems swallowing even though he has had several procedures to enlarge the damaged esophagus.
As soon as I saw an ad for the NutriBullet, I knew I needed to try it. When I got it home, I tried one of the recipes and was surprised at how good it tasted. Better than I imagined, looking at the types of ingredients going in!
I was skeptical that my husband would use the veggies and boosts that were part of the ingredients. Was I ever surprised to find him playing around with the NutriBullet and absolutely raving about how good all the smoothies tasted to him! This is the BEST solution I could ever hope for to help him recover from the cancer. He is getting the ultimate in healthy vitamins, phytonutrients, antioxidants and fats, all mixed together in a good tasting and easy to swallow drink. Now he is consuming foods he would not touch before and they are all blended together in one serving that is just the right portion amount.
Using a blender to make smoothies for our children, there were some things that wouldn’t blend well enough for them to not figure out what I put in. Now, I get them to drink spinach, greens, carrots and other healthy veggies in their smoothies because the NutriBullet REALLY pulverizes and mixes ingredients the blender could not.
I am more than happy I purchased the NutriBullet and I also purchased the 25 year warranty because I plan on using it for a long time!
I’ve had the NutriBullet for a little over a week now and I can say that so far I would definitely recommend it! I’ve made the “NutriBlast” recipes, as well as V8 replacements, straight fruit smoothies and protein shakes. It essentially pulverizes everything but the smallest of berry seeds and I’ve had none of the problems whatsoever with left over nut chunks that I thought I would have. I hate to sound like an infomercial, but clean up really is a breeze. I just rinse in some soapy water, run a cloth over the cup/jar thingy and rinse. I’ve used juicers and blenders in the past, and so far the NB is outpacing them all!
Not all juicers are created equal. I’ve tried different brands over the years and there are definitely better ones and there are those that are just of horrible quality. Nutribullet does have some solid user reviews but I just hesitated a little because I personally haven’t heard of them. It looks good though and the reviews make it pretty tough for me to pass on it.
