There are a lot of what are considered to be minor complaints that we put up with when it comes to our health and well being. One that may be considered minor but is really irritating is wax build up in your ears. Some have become so used to this that they just think its normal. There is a simple solution for this and it’s called Wax RX.
Overview
Wax RX is a system that is comprised of an ear wash to help remove the build up of wax in your ears that often makes them itchy and can actually affect your hearing.
The Claim
According to the promoters of Wax RX it’s a system that can be used in the comfort of your own home. You don’t have to go to the Doctor’s office to have the procedure performed.
The Hype
The hype about Wax RX is that you don’t have to go to a Doctor to have your ears flushed because of the problem of wax build up. Taking the time to go to a Doctor’s appointment is often something that people tend to put off, and the wax problem just continues to grow.
The Cost
You can buy the Wax RX system for $39.95.
The Commitment
The first thing you need to determine is that the problem you are experiencing with your ears is merely a wax build up problem. Your hearing is important to you and you don’t want to mess around with it. Once you are sure that wax build up is the issue then you need to take the few minutes of time it takes to go through the steps required for the Wax RX system. The first step in softening the wax with the Wax RX softening solution. This requires you to add a few drops of the solution to your ears. Then you have to flush this wax out using the Wax EX sprayer. Then the final step is to use the conditioning powder that comes with this system.
Evaluation
We are totally convinced that ear wax is a very common problem. Most often people will try to remove this by using cotton swabs. There can be a lot of problems that can arise when using this method. You may push the wax too far into the ear making it worse. Or you could damage your ear by inserting the swab too far in.
Final Wax RX Review
We are going to give the Wax RX a thumbs up because it appears to be a much thought out system. It makes sense to soften the wax first before trying to remove it. Then the powder helps to dry out the canal after the removal. We also like the fact that the Wax RX has been designed by an ear specialist, so the proper safety precautions have been considered. You will have to re-buy some of the solutions over time as you use them up. However, this shouldn’t be an issue if you have found the Wax RX to be a good product.
Our Recommendation
This is a problem that we have looked at before, so if you want to do a comparison or have an alternative then you may want to check out the WaxVac.
